Our solutions have no soaps or detergents so your carpets will stay cleaner longer. Our products are environmentally friendly and are safe for children and pets. Our technicians are thoroughly trained with on the job and chem-​dry corporate web based training. We are a family owned business since 1987 serving York county. We offer phone estimates when you give us the room sizes and number of steps.

Established in 1987.

We started out doing carpet cleaning, then added upholstery cleaning and in 2001 added air duct cleaning.

I am a Navy veteran. I decided on purchasing a Chem-​Dry franchise in 1987 after working in the funeral industry. Within 3 months I hired my first employee and started to slowly expand and acquired 2 more vans. I am a member of the Knights of Columbus, Business Networkers International, and an avid golfer. I want to provide our customers with an exceptional experience with the cleanest fastest drying carpets in the industry.
