Once you’ve made a purchase and have a question, it will be quite awhile before you’ll get a response back from the doc and you’ll probably have to call several times. Hmmm. I may go elsewhere next time…

Everyone here is super friendly. The doctor answers all questions with a smile, and the staff was extremely helpful. I walked in with vision coverage having no idea what was & was not covered… the staff didn’t recognize the coverage but did research for me while I was there — very helpful! I used to live down the street but moved an hour away a few year ago. Even though I’m a bit far, I’m not planning on switching to anyone else!

I’ve never had any medical/​professional appointment go so well. Setting up my appointment was fast and easy. Upon arriving, I was taken in immediately, and I never waited for any procedures.
All of the staff, doctors and support, are extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. My insurance coverage was explained thoroughly.
They have 2 locations, one in Shrewsbury, and one in Worcester. Unless you live on the moon, that spells convenience.
I love Forgues Optometry. The only drawback is that I cannot vacation there.

A bright and modern location, with a great selection of eyeglasses. Dr. Matt Forgues (Jr) is a young, energetic doctor who made me feel like a valued patient. Highly recommend.
