All I can say is that our veterans deserve better than this. I couldn’t even get a wheelchair for my 85 year old father, let alone timely service. No disrespect to the staff but they are clearly overworked and have to deal with procedures that are antiquated and inefficient. The system isn’t set up to adequately support our troops of whom we ask so much. Our government should be ashamed.
