I highly recommend this local DIRECTV office in Shreveport! As a native of Shreveport, I was so excited to find out there was an office close by to help me. My husband and I were very pleased with both our salesperson and installers. They were able answer all of our questions. When I called the office, they were extremely patient and took the time to answer all of my questions. Our installer did not take long to complete the job but spent plenty of time making sure we got all of our questions answered. This tv stuff is new to me, so I had lots of questions. Based on my experience, this rating is well deserved.

The same way things start are usually eXactly how they end! My appointment was scheduled between 12−4pm the technician didn’t show up until 5pm. He presented his ID and introduced himself. I then showed him where all of my previous Direct TV connections and old satellite were located. I left him outside to begin installation of the new HD satellite barely 3 minutes later he came in and informed me that he couldn’t put the dish on the roof due to splitting the rafters… Ok #noworries so the expedition begin to find a new location for the HD dish. Done! Then there was another issue, he was digging a hole for the placement of the pole and ran in to tell me «you have to reschedule» why? I ask.(his response) Because he almost busted a water line and he would be fired if that happened. I then replied why can’t you just find a different place for the dish on the property and he replied«o they need to come and mark the location where we can put it. I then told him I know exactly where everything is so I can tell you where it may possibly go just tell me if I’ll be able to get a signal there. Doesn’t sound hard but this guy acted as if everything was impossible and that was VERYDISHAPPOINTING. By 7:51pm his excuse on insisting I reschedule another technicians to come out and complete the HD installation was that the work order stated it was 194 minute job and dispatch closed at 8pm. hmmm In conclusion he was here for 4 hours and I ended up with the old standard satellite dish from 2009 and a VERYDISHAPPOINTING picture. The technician stated that he was called to come out after he had completed his original work schedule and the turnover at Direct TV is sO high due to the fact that they overwork their employees. Last and definitely not least I ended up speaking with his supervisor before he left @9pm and he lied and said he did not tell me I needed to reschedule and he told me that several times WOW! He even tried to persuade me to cancel the entire order and use my uncle as a referral and we would both receive a $ 100…no thank you! For the four hours he was here the job could have been completed in three! Beware of Mr Kyle Rainwater– the escapist!!!
