History
Established in 1914.
Querbes & Nelson was originally established under the name of Querbes & Bourquin. This was a partnership then formed to provide protection for the growing community of Shreveport from fire, death, storms, and other natural disasters. Cotton was king in that time and in this area. In 1935, the business became incorporated and started servicing the insurance needs of the entire Ark-La-Tex.
