The administrator Alice is rude to the employees, as well as the patients. The doctor I saw was not helpful at all.

Clean place, nice staff, but the doctor I seen isn’t that great. First of all, he doesn’t really listen to your concerns, and forgets who you are (tried getting after me for not seeing him in over a year, when I was there the previous month).
My biggest issue with this place was them giving me my second colonoscopy in a year (only supposed to have them annually) just to «confirm the diagnosis» even though my medical records had Ulcerative Colitis written all over them and I had a colonoscopy just a couple months before. They scheduled this on my first visit with them. All because I was having a flare. Then, a few follow up visits later, they tried setting me up for a THIRD. I said no because I already had 2 done in one year. While the doctor is looking through my records he says, «Why did you have 2 procedures done in a year?» I told him it was their fault! I should’ve pointed it out sooner so I wouldn’t have to do the second one, but at that time I was just doing what I thought, they thought was best. But really I think they just wanted the $.
