Day Old Blues Records

Relocated anew yet again, this third location, honestly seems to be the best, though I was also quite fond of the previous two: On Texas Street downtown next to the Robinson Film Center, and most recently in a house on Kings Hwy. This new location is on Line Avenue, close to Byrd High School, and across the street from Glenwood Village Tea Room. (Date idea! Lunch at tea room followed by albums perusal at Day Old! Nice!!) This location also borders on the hipster area on Highland, which will make it even more accessible to its demographic. I’ve always liked this store no matter where it’s been. I like it as much if not more so now. I just wish Unilocal would keep pics from old business locations in the profile of the new location, at least for posterity’s sake. There were some great Unilocal photos from the last locations of this store, now the pics are just gone. Gone! For no other reason than just re-​locating. Same store, just new location. Bring back the old pics!
