Accutemp Cooling and Heating was founded in 2004 by Duane Simpson and Chris Keith. With more than 45 years of HVAC experience between them, their drive and workmanship is the foundation of Accutemp Heating and Cooling.

Stephanie S.

Manager

Stephanie is our Office Manager has been with the company since 2009. In 2012 she relocated to Midland, Texas, due to her husbands’ career but still runs the office remotely. As a vital part of the operation she takes care of the companies financials and reporting as well as wearing many other hats. Although she’s at a remote location, she can handle any day-​to-​day issue or task just like she was in the main office without missing a beat. Stephanie continues to works hard with the rest of the AccuTemp team to ensure the office and technicians are providing 100% customer satisfaction each and every day. When she’s not working she loves to travel to see family and friends. She also loves to be on the water.
