Elements East is a locally owned, independent furniture store specializing in fine Asian antiques and high quality reproduction pieces. We have a large selection of Asian art, lighting and home accessories, personally sourced on our many buying trips to Asia. We also offer interior design and feng shui consultations.

History

Established in 1999.

Unexpected.

A Procurement Specialist from Wisconsin living in China. Fluent in

Mandarin. Years of networking and contacts in Asia. A brand newbaby. Meet Alicia.

Extensive retail background in a completely unrelated field, eyewear.

Never been to China. Four children? Meet Therese.

Bring a brilliant Californian (Mary Lou) who speaks Russian and has

a background in pastry to the table. Add Therese’s retired Dad (Joe)

with a lifetime of retail experience to the mix and you have Elements East,

a successful retail operation located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin specializing

in fine Asian furnishings and unique accessories. Uncommon.

It is highly unusual for four people like us to come together and share a passion like we do. Elements East

has been in business for almost ten years because Alicia, Therese, Mary Lou, and Joe work together to support

one another, our clients, and the community.
