I’ve been going to this Starbucks since I started working in the area a little over a month ago. Everyday I’m welcomed by their super sweet employees and they always make me feel welcome. All of them are very attentive to their customer’s orders and are super efficient even when the line is to the door. They have a great team and I’m very happy I work close to this location :)

This is my go to Starbucks, all day, every day. I can always count on this Starbucks to have the best coffee for me. The only negatives I have for this place is it can either be really quick, or really slow. There are sometimes long lines but are bearable sometimes. So I would recommend this Starbucks at a time where people would be somewhere else like a weekend or during the day on a week day.

I came in here with some friends and we were having a good time when I spilled my nearly full drink all over myself and the floor. Immediately the manager, Ken, came out and offered me napkins and towels and remade my drink. He was very understanding with my spill and assured me that it happens often. However, when I got the new drink, it wasn’t what I had originally ordered and so he let me keep the wrong drink and went back to remake the original. What had turned in to a negative experience was turned back around by the friendly and positive attitude of the manager. Thank you!

Some of the employees could actually look like they enjoy their job. I remember asking one of them what the drink was that was placed at the receiving end. I just wanted clarification if that was my drink or not. Then one of the baristas snapped at me and turned around. How rude… Does it hurt to smile? Maybe you should find a new job with less customer service

Whenever I need to write outside of my home, I head for this Starbucks. There’s always a great white noise buzz, four big comfy chairs (I usually get one) and the place is full… but not too full. The usual Starbucks fare is stocked and delicious. My only complaint about Starbucks is that they keep the temperature slightly too cold for me. I have to bundle up in the winter. I’d be more comfortable if it were a little warmer, but I tend to stay anyway. Love the free wi-​fi and easy connection, every time. I use it for my work and so grateful I know where to go in any city to get an immediate link with the the internet and the world.

Nice location. The store is kept well. Nice and clean. Friendly baristas. I had no problems getting a table. And parking is a breeze in the large lot.

This is probably my favorite Starbucks ever. The location is pretty convenient for people going to and from I-​5 at the king sno county line. I used to live closer to here and I moved closer to the LFP Starbucks but I still come here. The location is handy as it is next to a thriftway, there is a 24 hour fitness, subway, etc. near by. The people are somewhat of a mixed bag.
What really makes this a great Starbucks are the people. Being a life long Seattlite and chronic student I have spent many days in many SB’s pouring over text books or working on various projects, etc. and I can say this is one of the best groups of employees I have encountered. They are also fast and don’t seem to get as backed up as other SB’s, which may be due to that fact that there isn’t a drive through.
Any service industry is bound to have issues, and this place has had some but as Starbucks go this is a great one.

Service was courteous. There were three baristas behind the counter and the customer in front of me just ordered nine drinks, all different. While there are two registers available, the logistics of the situation did not warrant opening a new register. While they were still finishing up the previous order, they took my order and I asked for a Venti iced coffee with no sweetener and n room. They were going as fast as they could and it was an interesting spectacle, but I didn’t order Hazelnut or sweetener. Not a big deal.

This is a great Starbucks. There is no drive thru here, it’s a walk in and order. It’s defiantly one of the bigger Starbucks I have been to. There are plenty of tables to sit at inside and a couple outside. This location does get pretty busy during the morning work rush and the parking lot itself is a little small since it’s shared with others businesses.
The employees here are very friendly and do their best to try and get you in and out without waiting very long. They always keep their food cases stocked and give you plenty of options to choose from.

I like this Starbucks location a lot. It’s quite large, with lots of chairs to sit and sip your drink. The employees are incredibly friendly and the lines move quick. Plus, they’ve never been out of whatever delicious pastry I’m craving on any particular day. I’m always able to go in and get what I want.
Parking lot isn’t great — it’s a bit cramped. But that’s probably the only bad thing I can think of for this place.

The Ballinger Village Starbucks is pretty spacious, has lots of comfy chairs and several tables for people to sit, study, and hang out.
The coffee is good and baristas/​baristos are friendly. The coffee used to be not as good as it is now but the last year or two the quality has improved a lot and the drinks have been much more consistent. Handy location!
