Officially changed the name to Simplicity Medspa, PLLC when relocating my professional services to Shoreline, WA from Kirkland, Juanita area. Debra T.

Business Owner

Debra Tri is the founder and Medical Director of Simplicity Medspa. Known for her light hands and natural looking results, she has been named as one of the top Botox injectors in the Seattle area.

She has been featured in an educational video for KOMO NEWS 4 and is a certified national trainer for Allergan. Debra has carried out many radio interviews which have been broadcast throughout the country. She has over 24 years of experience in advanced practice. Debra specializes in advanced non-​surgical facial rejuvenation techniques.

Debra received her Master in Nursing at the University of Washington in 1988. She practiced as a Family Nurse Practitioner for over 18 years before training as a Cosmetic Injection Specialist and Laser Practitioner. Formerly the Medical Director of Ambrosia Medspa in Kirkland, Debra developed a reputation for her light touch and obtaining excellent outcomes for her patients’ results. She is very experienced and has gained respect from many of her colleagues

I recently had a IPL service from Deb at MedSpa, I wished i had read the reviews, it would have deterred me from using her services. The initial service was adequate, however the IPL service created more damage and worst results on my face, ended up with LARGE dark spots on my entire face, very visible. Her assistance took pictures and asked that i return a week later to meet with Deb. The meeting was ghastly, she was unprofessional, rude to her assistant, accusatory, huffed and puffed, rolling her eyes, as she scolded me. NO apology, no concern, just simply let me write a prescription to help fade away the dark spots. Buyers be aware of her shady practices and professionalism. She sold me a buy one get one, never got the get one. The damage she did to my face, will now be more costly as i will need to see a dermatologist/​plastic surgeon.

I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience at Simplicity MedSpa. Whether I’m there for a facial or a laser treatment or just stopping by to purchase products, everyone is friendly and professional.
I recently had a Clear and Brilliant treatment with Deb. I’ve never had such great results! I’ve done IPL, microdermabrasion, and chemical peels, all to varying results – but nothing like microneedling with the plasma mask. I’ve gotten tons of compliments, and it’s only a few days post-​procedure.
I can’t wait until I can come in for my next one! I highly, highly recommend Deb and her staff at Simplicity MedSpa!

Smiling faces and friendly staff does Not always integrity make. Sometimes it is really more than just about the money squandered on «professional» guaranteed results unfulfilled.

Probably the best IPL treatment I have ever had. All of my red broken capillaries are gone and the brown spots (which I didn’t have very many) are also gone. I hate those age spots. The staff is very professional and thorough. They did not miss any part of my face. I will definitely be back.

Great staff. Great care every time. I appreciate Deb going above and beyond. Her customer service is geniune. I love the B12 shot. With my busy schedule I try to treat myself to a facial when I can, its the best one hour vacation anyone can have. I highly recommend Simplicity Medspa.

Had been pleased with Deb for years till something just happened that I find appalling. Got an email for my bday about «$ 50 off next service.» No fine print, no exceptions, no exclusions or requirements. But then when I go to make appointment there are all of the sudden all of these. At the least shady practice, at worst bait and switch and against the law.
Bad form Deb, you just lost a mulitple years long customer. And need legal advice about your crap email offers.

If you want an AMAZING boost of energy, go get the new B12 shot that Deb Tri has! It’s wonderful. I didn’t get jittery, or racing heart, and typically I’m prone to that with caffeine, etc. This shot is awesome! Make an appointment to get this!
