Kirk Storer, DDS MAGD

I’m approximately 10 years behind in dental care that NEEDED to be done. I think it’s really easy for specialists to judge people or have an attitude with folks who are a.) behind on their treatment, and b.) scared scared scared of having sharp objects, tools, anesthetics, plastic gloved hands, drills, scrapey things, etc. in their mouths. It’s kept me from going into to a dentist for a long time.
I finally bit the bullet and went into Dr. Storer to get assessed and treated. I can’t say enough great things about this practice. From the first phone call, to the follow up, to the estimates, to the cleaning, to the actual treatment– I am more than thrilled at the level of care and consideration I have rec’d. In additional to being a huge baby about the dentist, I also have incredibly high standards when it comes to customer service in the medical field (being the front and center for 15 years at the desk of several medical practices in my career, I know how important and challenging it can be!) — the whole team has more than delivered. I have several things to check off the list for my dental needs and am thrilled to have these guys on my side. The techs and the doctor have an extremely gentle hand. Dr. Storer and his hygienist have putting their clients at ease down to an art form. Charming, sweet, funny, considerate, and kind– but also incredibly efficient and skilled. I won’t say it was ENJOYABLE, but in my gassed up state, I can say I was distracted and even laughed a few times. That says a lot, right?
I have a temporary crown in now that seriously feels like my own tooth. The hygienist spent extra time making sure it felt «right» to me. They gave me plenty of gas :). They treated me like a smart person despite my (extremely silly but very real) fears and low pain threshold. If you’re looking for the triple threat when it comes to a dentist and the team he has supporting him, you’ve found them here!

Dr. Storer is great. I chipped both of my front teeth, called Dr. Storer’s office, and they squeezed me in the very next day. The staff is very friendly and my teeth look good as new. I highly recommend them!

Our family members have been patients of Dr. Storer since 1995. His expertise and demeanor foster patient respect and confidence. Dr. Storer is excellent with people of all ages and we wouldn’t dream of seeing anyone else for our dental care needs.

Wow! Dr. Storer rocks. My girfriend had gone to another dental place recently. She came out of there with a gigantic bill (she has no insurance unfortunately), and pain in one of her fillings. She went back *twice* to get the issue resolved, and the «other» doctor’s response was: wait three months and see if the pain goes away. Luckily I’m a patient of Dr. Storer and told her to go see him to get a second opinion. Immediately Dr. Storer noticed that the filling had been done incorrectly. He said it was senseless that the other doctor should ask her to wait for 3 months, and that there should be no pain. He was able to do it again, right this time. My girlfriend couldn’t be happier.
If you have to pay cash, Dr. Storer was more expensive than the other doctor. But honestly, Dr. Storer did not charge for any unnecessary work (we are now thinking the other doctor might have). In my humble opinion, Dr. Storer’s experience, knowledge, and ethical values and principles are worth his pay. If you’re in the same situation we were in, you owe it to yourself to have Dr. Storer check you out. At least you know he’s looking out for your best interests, and not just trying to make money off of you. You know the job will be done right the first time.

I’ve been going to Dr. Storer since 1993. He is a great dentist and a kind person. The rest of the staff is excellent as well. I come in for cleanings three times a year, had my wisdom teeth removed nearly eleven years ago and luckily it has been a while since I’ve had a filling, but those have gone well also. While growing up my parents worked for a mission organization and made very little money. Dr. Storer gave our family a discount so we were able to afford services. Fortunately I now have good dental coverage, but Dr. Storer’s exceptional service and kindness have made me a lifelong customer.

I hate going to the dentist, who doesn’t? Well after my great experience at Dr. Storer’s office, I have to say I don’t dread it quite as much as I use to! Everyone is so friendly, and they’re understanding and willing to work with you. They don’t make you feel terrible about your teeth as some previous dentists have done to me. They’re working with me and that makes all the difference in the world.
I waited until December to get some teeth taken care of, and Kayla was able to fit me in to 3 appointments, even though it’s the end of the year and I left it until the last month. They also offer complimentary Nitrous Oxide which helps my nervousness, yay laughing gas!
I’ve been to his office 4 times now, and they’re professional, friendly and I find the prices to be about in the middle range. They’re not the cheapest, but it is worth it in my opinion.
FYI, don’t wait until the last month of the year to see the dentist!
