My whole family has been coming to this office for more than 8 years. The receptionist was very friendly and the dentist is very gentle and he’s great with my kids. I appreciate that this office made many accommodations to my schedule especially in the weekends and for emergency dental care. Last year, I attempted to try another Dentist closer to home, but felt more comfortable with this dentist. I don’t mind driving from Seattle to see him. I will continue seeing this Dentist and My teeth look amazing!!!

I have been going to doctor Soriano for my dental needs since 2003 and have always received very good care. I had some dental work elsewhere that caused a chip in my tooth and doctor Soriano was able to save the tooth and put a crown on it. I am very happy with the crown and am so glad to still have that tooth. Doctor Soriano has always been upfront about the condition of my teeth and always let’s me know if there are any preventative measures that need to be taken to save any of my teeth from decay. He takes the time to explain the situation and provides treatment options. They have always been caring towards me and always asked me to let them know if I feel any pain or sensitivity. Doctor Soriano and staff always seem concerned for my comfrot and am very confident in their ability to give me exceptional dental care.

I have been going to Doctor Soriano since 2009 and have always been treated well and his staff have been very respectful. I like the family atmosphere that they have created and highly recommend them for all general dentistry work.

My family and I have been coming to James Soriano for years. He has always taken good care of my family and I. Very Knowledgable and caring. James B. Soriano & the friendly staff has always treated us quite well, making sure our experience is a fun and comfortable one.

I even don’t wanna give one star. Really painful experience (both on teeth and money). After filling my cavity, it hurt me for almost half year that I can’t bite on anything hard. And every time had to pay tons of money on the only filling that would fit me, like the other review said, I have no option, I have to do that expensive filling. Also after read other reviews, I am questioning now that do I really had that many cavities? And, yes, I can’t understand their strong accents either. And the most crazy thing is, after 3 years, they called me recently to pay the rest due which was I paid three years ago in cash with full balance. After 3 years, they ask me to pay more, what the h***, ridiculous business!

This dentist is a scam!!! I had to go there from the dental insurance I had at the time to have a crown put in on a broken tooth. This was in 2011. I paid in cash in full at time of service and suddenly 3 years later I am being harassed by a collection agency for a balance I never was told I have and never received a bill because I paid in cash at time of service. This collection agency Olympic something has been calling my place of business relentlessly and threatening me. i had to tell them I would call the police if they called my work again!
The crown is sub-​par and I would never recommend such a horrible bs place! DO NOT GO HERE!!!

I went to this dentist because I was assigned by my insurance. It was a horrible experience.
1.) I was asked initially if I had been to the dentist before. (I am in my 30’s and have fillings in my teeth) That should have been a sign.
2.) My X Rays were taken wrong and had to be done over, which was quite painful.
3.) I was told I had 14 cavities. (I brush and floss every day) When I questioned that, he yelled at me saying that he showed me on the camera.
4.) I was only told the most expensive option for filling my «cavities.»
I called my insurance and requested a new dentist. I have since been to the new dentist who said I had 2 cavities and 3 fillings that were coming loose. That was it.
DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTIST!!!

Unprofessional, uncaring, did not inspire any confidence.
We went to Dr. Soriano because we were automatically signed up by our Delta Dental plan, and it was relatively close. The office staff there is very difficult to understand with their strong accents. I have nothing against accents, however, when trying to convey important information to me, I found it very hard to understand her. Whatever, it’s a dentist, not a public speaker.
My wife gets so nervous at the dentist that she sometimes has small panic attacks there. The first time she went in, the dentist gave her novocaine for a filling but she could feel the drill when they started. She told them, and they acted like it was HER FAULT that she was in severe pain! On a subsequent visit, she was given a small amount of anti-​anxiety medication BY HER DOCTOR for the dentist specifically. The office staff, and the dentist, actually guilt tripped her for taking the meds and gave her a hard time. Now, she wasn’t just popping pills indiscriminately, these were prescription meds given to her by a doctor, and the dentist was trying to tell her that she shouldn’t be doing that. Please, save the conscience talk for your own children, not for my wife.
Despite that, I went back for a chipped enamel bonding that needed to be re-​bonded. I was always referred to as «the Delta Care,» not by my name, but by my insurance policy, as though that should identify me to the doctor and he should know what «kind» of patient I am. He built the tooth up, then shaped it, and said I was done. However, the tooth was way too big, and I asked him to continue shaving it down until it fit in my mouth correctly. He was clearly impatient that I was asking him to just make the tooth that he had done so quickly fit correctly with my bite. Eventually, while standing right behind me, he told the hygienist that I was taking up too much of his time and that I needed to get out of there because there were more patients. I’m sure that conversation happens all the time at busy practices, but it should happen out of earshot of the patient. It was completely unprofessional. I simply got up and left, «apologizing» that I had taken up so much of his time.
DO NOT GO TO DR. SORIANO, unless you want to be treated like a number or a child.
