I was orginally going to make this review after I got my car at the end of September but I am glad now that I did not. They would have gotten 5 star if it was just based on helping me pick a car and then filling out the paper work. I would say Ash was amazing and he deserves 5 stars. They are getting a 1 star because of everything after getting my car. I got home and saw I was missing a piece to my car so I called the next day since they were closed by the time I got home. Ash took a picture and told me 7 – 10 business days. Two weeks after getting my car I got a voice mail asking me to call them back. I call and no one knows why someone is calling me. Hours later I finally talk to some one and I find out they put the wrong vin number on some of my paper work (not sure how this happens). So I go and sign new paper work and asked about my piece that I am missing since it has been longer than 10 day business day, they dont know where it is. Next day I get a call my piece is in. So now I have made another trip out. Less than a month later my back passenger tire blow. You get 1 year free road side service when you get a car through them. So I call I was told they dont have me in their system for buying a car. I dont them well that is a lie because I am sitting in it. After three hours waiting for someone to help since my 1 year free road service was not working. I go back to enterprise and see if my tire is under warranty and they my 1 year free road side service is not working. I told them I cancelled my AAA because I had this. They really did not care that I did not have AAA any more, did not care they I was stuck on the side of the road, and kind of cared that my road side service was not working. Found out my tire was not under warranty because I get not check the box for it when filling out the paper work. I told him I dont remember being asked if I wanted that. I was told well yeah you were. I ask the person and I looked over my paper work and there was nothing about tire warranty. Everything that happened after getting my car was because of Issac. He sucks at his job and he is the reason why this location is getting 1 star. Issac people «skills» are not good and should be retrained on this. Because of all the headache I had after getting my car I will not tell others about getting a car from enterprise. Enterprise you can thank Issac for this

I just purchased car from here today. Overall experience is fantastic! Definitely the best ever. Jamie, Desiree and Richard help me to find my dreamed car with reasonable haggle-​free price. They’re so friendly and knowledge unlike some compulsive jerks from ford store at lake city. I really appreciate their help. I’ll come again in the future.

They were both SO friendly, and accommodating. My situation was a bit unique in that they had to do a special order for my car, and as such it took what seemed like FOREVER to get my car back from the shop (1 week). I was frustrated. I needed a car. So, I threw a tantrum like a 5 year old. BUT Jamie and Richard never wavered. They understood my tantrum, offered me a $ 200 gas card as solace for the wait.
The whole purchasing process itself was so easy, and quick– I definitely did not need to open up a whole day to purchase my car.
At first, I thought it was too good to be true– they must be shady or something. But everything was PERFECT– Even the Carfax– they provided that for me too.
Overall, I can’t say enough good things about this place and the people I worked with. It was SUCH a pleasure– and I appreciated them every step of the way.

We couldn’t be happier. This was a second purchase with them. We worked with Ash who helped us find the right car with no pressure, just helpful information. He was so polite and friendly. Rich who helped us with financing suggested a credit union which got me a lower rate of interested. We already were embedded with our bank and had two car loans, but when he said there were about 4.5% which is what we were paying, he suggested BECE which was offering 2.99%. He wasn’t pressuring, but suggested it to me. Here he was trying to save me money. Thank you both Ash and Rich for such a good experience.

These guys made it easy! I didn’t feel like I was being bamboozled. It was a bit of an emotional purchase for me as well, so I was a bit freaked out. I had started saving and looking for new cars about 2 years ago. My brother had been helping me research and was going to help me make my final decision this July. Unfortunately, he passed from pancreatic cancer before our yearly visit this summer.
I know that I was probably just fragile, but I felt other dealerships were either trying to rip me off, not taking me seriously or outright ignoring me.
I worked with several gentleman at this dealership and they all put me at ease. They were all polite and helpful.
There was an issue that the cargo cover that was in the vehicle didn’t actually fit/​belong in this this model. I know it was a small feature, but it was important to me because of my profession. They looked around for one for me, but after a month or so just ordered one for me. It is perfect! I feel much more confident now when having to travel.
There is still one little issue that makes no sense. It seems that somehow the car was lightly misted with a white paint? Maybe wax? It does come off… but after rainfall or a car wash it somehow drips down onto the rubber or plastic parts. It is mostly mildly annoying. If I use a cleaner or wax it will come off… but it just keeps coming back. I have no idea what it is. So I would give 2 stars for this…
…but since they get about 7 stars for customer service… that ends up being about 5 stars right?
Anyway, you should buy your car from these guys. They’ll treat you right.

I actually bought my car from the South Tacoma Way Enterprise but my super awesome salesman, Matt Atwood, went to this location to get it. Enterprise Car Sales is most definitely the place to buy a car! They’re amazing to deal with & not at all like most car lots or salesmen! They make you feel like family & do whatever necessary to make you happy. It was great experience & I highly recommend them to any one who buys a car.

The customer service here is fantastic, from start to finish. I’ve had some credit troubles when I was younger and my score is still not good, though am rebuilding my credit. Ash was extremely friendly and understanding about my situation and let me know they work with several lenders to find financing for clients. The entire process was efficient, easy, and stress free. All their cars have impeccable service records and come with a 1 year warranty, with the option to buy additional coverages. They had a couple great options that fit my budget and I left with a great, lightly used car that I’m confident will serve me for many, many years to come.

I had a great experience. Craig was great and since this was my first buying experience with Enterprise, he put me at ease. The process was quick and I loved the fact that there’s no haggling over the price so it was really just a matter of finding the car I wanted at the right price! The team there is great and upfront, I always felt like they were looking out for my best interest instead of the other way around. Would buy there again…

After getting jerked around by Hertz car sales for weeks, I finally gave up and decided to go to Enterprise. The customer service was phenomenal, and the car-​buying process was incredibly easy. I am fairly certain I paid slightly more to get the car from enterprise than I would have from Hertz, but I have leaps and bounds more confidence in their maintenance after dealing with both companies, and think any premium I paid was well worth it. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a used car.

I originally went to a different Enterprise, closer to my home for a rental, as my car had died on the way to work. I’ll review them separately. The gentleman that picked me up for the rental, mentioned the dealer. I went home and checked out some of the inventory online. Within I’d say an hour, Jamie at the car sales location in Shoreline contacted me, and I met with her shortly after. We chatted for a bit about what my needs/​likes/​limitations were, and we found a car that I really liked. Financing was done right there on the spot. No running back and forth to an unseen manager «upstairs». I drove away with a nice car, clean Car Fax report, decent price, money for my NOT RUNNING car (which THEY will pick up from the shop), AND they even took care of returning the rental for me.
I have bought many cars in my time, but I have to say, this was the easiest, least painless transaction I have EVER made. And, I was not alone. I was surprised how many people were there buying cars. And, even though they were busy and shorthanded, I still got in and out in a pretty decent time.
Jamie was awesome, and the finance manager was also wonderful to work with. I could not have asked for better customer service.
If you’re looking for a decent newer used vehicle, at least check this place out. I was PLEASANTLY surprised.

It’s been a little more than a year since we purchased a car here. I felt I should give a review as a way to contribute back to Unilocal community and share my first hand experience to other consumers.
We wanted a minivan to hold our growing family and replace a small SUV. Found a couple of online listings that match our need here. They are all newer Chrysler models out of leasing term (I guess) still under remaining factory warranty. Then we came and did test drive. There was NO sales pressure as I can tell. They did not follow us during test drive or inspection so I could focus all my attention on the car.
Then we were in the room to talk about price. Their listed price was already competitive enough so that they won’t be able to give much more discount. Although they were flexible to give me a great trade in price on my older car. So we sealed the deal.
Their paperwork was straightforward. They explained all terms and fees very clearly. No sales gimmick or hidden fees. We have been driving this minivan for more than a year and it is a great value! I really like this business because of their great product, service and honesty to customer. And this is such a great experience compared to my other car purchase at Kirkland Ford which I will cover in another review.

I had a good experience with Enterprise Car Sales. I worked with Desiree and found her to be genuinely interested in helping me as a customer.
While some people prefer the «No Haggle» sale, I actually avoid them. I like to negotiate. No Haggle means you are paying more for the car than you have to. On the plus side, this also means you probably aren’t paying top dollar either. It’s a middle ground.
For most people, what they get for paying that slight bit more is avoiding the process of negotiation. I think it’s strange that people prefer this, because I think it affects other areas of their lives besides car buying. i.e. avoiding necessary conflict or discussion… but I digress…
In my case, I lack time. So ultimately, deciding to buy a car at Enterprise Car Sales was a matter of convenience. I think there is also a certain level of trust you assume with a company like Enterprise. My other car had broken down and was not worth repairing. I was renting a car from Enterprise when I got the news. When I called to take the rental car for another week, Enterprise intuitively connected me with their Shoreline, WA car sales location.
In that week, I was already anticipating the need for a new car coming, so I test drove vehicles at VW and Subaru, which were basically at the top of my interest list for price, safety, features. Of course, the new sticker price was doable but I’ve never really seen the need to pay for the full new price… maybe someday.
But this day, I found myself at Enterprise Car Sales with Desiree. She immediately understood what I wanted. She located the only car that was within her inventory that I might like, a VW Wagon. The next day the car was available for test drive. There’s definitely a subtle sales pitch going on like any other car dealership I’ve been to.
At the end of the day, the car had a few cosmetic dings and high miles for being 18 months out of the gate, but the price was much more reasonable than a new car from VW and I decided I would probably ding the car eventually anyway. I still think it was overpriced by about $ 750 by Enterprise and these cars have been driven daily by different people, under many circumstances. Ultimately, that may be the potential down side of buying at Enterprise.
So, after test drive, we sat down to talk. I asked for KBB printout and Carfax. Strangely, their KBB printout differed from KBB online that I used slightly. Again, it seemed a little in their favor, but they were priced below the KBB a bit so it was fine. I like that they were trying to give you all the tools to make a decision.
The next step was financing. This, for me, was what pushes the experience up to 4 stars, but with some caveat (see below). Enterprise Car Sales has a helpful friendly person there to help you apply for financing on the spot. They take your application and shop for rates. They didn’t burden me with the bad news that Bank of America turned me down, despite great income and excellent credit…(underwriting at banks these days are making little sense to me…) They did get me financed elsewhere though, and the rate seemed decent but maybe a half point too high or so. Obtaining this potential financing directly allowed me to take the car home that night. We completed paperwork for the tentative purchase of the vehicle within the hour. This is where the 7-​day return policy is golden.
(Caveat) While this sounds awesome, this is where I have to encourage all buyers to explore their financing options. The next day, I called around to my banking relationships and found that one of my banks could potentially offer me more than 1% less rate on the car loan. And It gets even more interesting! When I informed Enterprise that I would be taking financing elsewhere, Enterprise was able to use that to negotiate a better rate that than our local bank in an effort to keep our business. At that point, we just went with the new lower rate offered through Enterprise’s financing relationship.
(2^nd Caveat) While Enterprise states that they maintain all their cars to factory standard, I still elected to have an independent inspection during the 7-​day return period by VW. This is wise to avoid any unexpected problems and well worth the minimal investment in any car purchase in my opinion. As it turns out, the decision paid off. There was a free 30,000 mile warranty service that Enterprise had missed with VW and they took care of that as part of my inspection. The car’s engine checked out fine.
With sale nearly completed, Enterprise also agreed to fix some broken rear air vent controls for my kids in the back…
My only real complaint was I felt like Enterprise went cheap on the tires on the vehicle. The tires were mismatched and 2 of them are of definite lower quality. I have to get by with them for a year and then replace them which will be an added cost.
Overall, I would consider using Enterprise Car Sales again in the future… It definitely saved me time and effort.

I bought my last car in 1999. I bought it manufacturer direct from Jeep in Detroit, had it built to my specifications (from trim to skid plates), & had it sent by rail to the port of Seattle with .3 miles on it. That was my second best car buying experience.
After 144 thousand miles and 15 years, it came time for a change. After a brief chat with Desiree at the Shoreline location, she guided me towards my ideal vehicle. We discussed what I needed (efficient milage and space {I stand 6’5″}), and what I wanted (american made), she educated me on the advances made with automobiles in the last 15 years and matched me with an ideal 2013 Chrysler 200 that hit every item on my checklist.
I would highly recommend Enterprise Car sales for their no-​nonsense/​no pressure approach and for the education of the wide range of vehicles they possess. I highly respected the «sticker price» policy. Nothing turns me away faster than haggling! Every member of their staff was courteous and professional with me. I would hope that other car dealerships would learn a lesson from the degree of professionalism from these exemplary people. Keep up the good work and the good work ethic!

I had a fantastic experience shopping for my first car at Enterprise! I searched for a couple weeks looking for a red Fiat — nothing else would do. I happened to find one the day it was posted on CarGurus and called Enterprise immediately. Ash, Richard and Amanda were so helpful and did not pressure me in any way. They answered all of my questions and after purchasing, fixed the few minor things on my car so that I could be as happy as possible. I would recommend anyone to pay a visit to the team at Enterprise in Shoreline.

«WooHoo! As good as it gets!» is EXACTLY how I felt when I picked up my car.
I had been manhandled (forced to look at cars THEY wanted to sell me) @ Bill Pierre’s on Lake City Way and was cautious, but my friend got her car here and recommended it. So, I told them my budget, 3 makes & models I had researched & wanted, and I WOULD WALK IF I WASN’T LISTENED TO. Well, like all the other reviews here, Ash Ezani really listened, showed me only what I wanted (and what Isaac determined I could afford), and picked me up at home with one that I said I would buy that day, IF it was red (or black). Well, I bought that silver ’13 Nissan Sentra SV for $ 1,000+/- UNDER Blue Book with the promise of replacing it with a red one, with comparable terms. I got a call less than a week later to come on and swap my silver for a red. It was perfect for me and when I was told the mileage was 8,000 miles LESS and only $ 2 more/​month than the original, I actually did a very loud WooHoo! in the parking lot.
I am ONE SATISFIED CUSTOMER and I got MORE value than I paid for.
