Diaz Maintenance & Construction

I hate to write this review, because I don’t want Victor to get any busier than he already is. However, you should not hesitate to do business with Diaz Maintenance. I’m the President of our HOA. Over the last four years I’ve dealt with A LOT of contractors, good and bad. I have VERY high standards, because I expect things to be done right the first time. I expect great communication and follow through. I expect comparable cost to others, or lower. I expect the contractor to be knowledgeable and exhibit common sense. Finally, I expect them to be personable.
Over the past year, Victor has exhibited all of these characteristics. He is constantly doing some type of work for us. We started with him painting our curbs and parking stalls. Since then he’s replaced our front sign, re-​constructed our community bulletin board, and repaired siding on all five of our buildings. Soon, he will be replacing a couple of our decks, and re-​roofing our shed. We even have him maintaining our gutters twice a year. One day, I told him that he didn’t need to worry about blowing off our driveways, because the landscaping crew would be doing it the next day, but he wanted to leave the place better than it looked before he arrived. His apprentice, Kevin, is a hard worker and personable as well. They even work in the rain for crying out loud!
I’m always glad to see these guys show up, and you will be too.
