We don’t fall for the fad or gimmicky workouts. Our training is basic to 1. Keep you Safe, and 2. Give you results and 3. Make you a bad ass inside and out. What you will find at 2.0 is a dedicated staff focused on help you reach your goals. We specialize in Barbell training for all levels.
We motivate clients will clear expectations and goals. We individualize benchmarks for each person based on where you start and where you want to go and what type of time you have. We push clients out side of comfort zones– and that is not just a tag line.
Our mission is to demand more, not only from ourselves, but also from the entire human race! In case you forgot, we (humans) are the most brilliant and most capable creatures on planet earth– lets not forget that!
