I can’t do 1 ½ stars, and 1 is a little low for this dated, stingy little hole.
Clean sheets were the only thing truly clean.
Stained carpet, walls, pictures.
No ice machine, or snacks.
Only has one redeeming element… close to Smith point beach. that’s it .
Too expensive for what it was. But if it was cheaper it would be over run with a bad, or worse element.

Barest of necessities. Overpriced for what it offers. Towels reminded us of shop rags. It is clean which might be the best we can say about it. And close to beach. Very spare. Too pricey. I will not stay here again.
