Gregg was simply awesome:
— he was very flexible with the appointment time
— unlike some other iTechs — he didn’t berate me for attempting to fix my iPhone first
— he even brought some used extra parts to ensure that my device will be whole and finally
— he was significantly cheaper than some of the other techs.

I cracked my i phone screen on Saturday, found Greg on line and he set up an appointment to meet me at work on Monday. Very flexible, professional, the phone is better than ever. With a new bumper pad to boot! I am so thankful for such great service!

This company and service was great! I had no sound on my iPhone and needed the speaker replaced. I went to the Apple store and was told it would be $ 59.00 and I would have to come back the next day because they didn’t have any appointments. I left and found iCracked online. The same repair was only $ 30 and the technician (Greg) came out to my house the next day. Greg was great. He contacted me immediately, set up the appointment, contacted me when he was on his way and when he arrived at my house. He was in and out in about 20 minutes and I paid exactly the same price he quoted over the phone, no catch, no gimmicks. I would highly recommend this to anyone!
