About The Artist:
Geri painted her first mural in 1973. It was an interpretation of a Peter Max painted in, you guessed it, black light paint! Soon friends were equesting everything from unicorns to business logos to be painted on their walls. It wasn’t until 1999 when Geri created a «Wild Things» theme room for one of her own children, that the Lord opened an opportunity for Geri to paint murals professionally.
Education:
As a serious art student in high school, Geri went on to study interior design at F.I.T. After a few years in the design industry she began to incorporate her gift for mural painting with her love for designing interiors. Geri has since been creating Heavenly Habitats for Long Island homeowners and businesses.
At present Geri is learning all she can to address the need of artistic communication in an autistic world.
