History
Established in 1989.
Weaver Furniture Sales is a family owned and family operated business and was started in 1989 by LeRoy and Ida Weaver. LeRoy and Ida their eight children started the furniture business after many years of working on a crop and dairy farm. Since 1989, the barn used in our farm operations has been slowly converted to a retail showroom and now Weaver Furniture Sales has completely renovated the old dairy barn into a large furniture showroom. The unique showroom, the barn, offers people a quaint place in the country to relax and browse through our full line of furniture. Today, it is still a family business with many of the children still involved to help bring quality Amish furniture at reasonable prices to the market.
Meet the Manager
Leroy and Ida Weaver W.
Manager
LeRoy and Ida Weaver did not always work with Amish furniture. Both grew up in Amish homes in Northern Indiana known as the Heart of Amish Country in Honeyville Indiana and Shipshewana Indiana. Both were involved in family businesses and farms growing up. LeRoy and Ida still work with family today as some of the Indiana Amish furniture builders chosen by LeRoy and Ida are members of their family. Most of their children are working with them today. LeRoy and Ida, still members of the Old Order Amish Church, make their livelihood helping clients fulfill their dreams with custom Amish furniture built to their clients’ specs.
