I suppose my first positive experience here a few months ago was a fluke. I frequented this location, probably monthly since my first review and each time the wait in the drive thru was insane. At the best it was about a 10 minute wait and at worst probably 25 minutes. The only reason I stayed that time was because I had already paid. We came here again today and sat for 6 minutes with zero movement in the line. Sad… I actually like the food.

Eh, It’s Taco Bell. Cheap food. Young workers. They meet my minimum expectations in terms of service and the quality of the food. I’m a local, so I’ve eaten here no less than 50 times, at least. My only wishes about this particular Taco Bell is that they’d do something with the drink station so that EVERYTHING wasnt’ constantly sticky. It’s gross. Gross to the point I sometimes feel like I don’t want a soda. I also wish they’d pay some attention to the kitchen floor. On nearly every visit to this restaurant, there seems to be at least as much food and garbage on the floor as there is in the trash can. Not to mention seeing food, still in cardboard boxes, sat directly on the floor. So gross.

Very dirty inside this place. Trash everywhere in kitchen and dining area. Dirty floors and tables. Drink area dirty and trash area dirty. Lazy employees and poor management is the main contributor to this mess.

Usually good but they’re screwing up right now! Everything is wrong and out of everything didn’t effect me but many others were pissed and I was done before my buddy even had his food and I had a big order

It’s a Taco Bell, so anyone reading should be honest about their expectations. The flavors aren’t complex but I really enjoy the stuff. This particular Taco Bell (I never order from the KFC side of the menu here) is pretty new, maybe 3 years old and it’s pretty clean and modern looking on the inside. The staff usually gets the job done, but some are younger so the service can be a little sub-​par.
