Shore Good Donuts

Used Shore Good Donuts for my wedding favors and the staff was amazing — super helpful and accommodating — even though my wedding was during the off-​season. We stop by every time we’re on the island!

This is a great addition to LBI food scene, 2016 I think will be there 4^th anniversary. Looking for to there 2016 opening day March 19^th

This place makes Dunkin donuts look like government cheese! If you don’t take the family here you are missing a future landmark in Ocean County

After indulging in a couple of trays of oysters, and clams the wife and I needed something sweet to combat the taste of shell fish lingering on our taste buds. I am a fan of old fashion doughnut houses and this place caught my eye when we initially arrived on the island for the day.
The place is a small establishment selling ice-​cream and doughnuts. The doughnuts are made to order. The minute you place an order, they dip the dough into the fryer, cook it to a light brown airy goodness, and then topped off with your choice of frosting, or sugar. I ordered a cinnamon and powdered sugar doughnut and my wife went with the French-​Toast doughnut. Many people claim to have French Toast bagels, and French Toast spread… bologna! This doughnut tasted as if I was actually eating French toast. The powdered sugar blended well with the fresh hot doughnut. The cinnamon sugar was good, but I will probably go in another direction next time.
To bad the summer is coming to an end. Looks like I will have to visit again next year.

Theses donuts are amazing. They make them fresh right in front of you per your choices. They are warm and sweet and just all around delicious. I’ve never eaten at the store; we always take them home to eat for breakfast. Love these donuts!

Ok. Really good ice cream. Best on the island. And hand made warm doughnuts. Warm! With deliciously unhealthy toppings on them. We went here for desert. I want to go back for coffee and a doughnut for breakfast. Your bucket list should include one of these doughnuts.

Fresh cake donuts made RIGHT to order! Great selection! The donuts were just the right size so that you didn’t feel too guilty ordering (and eating!) a whole box. Can’t wait to return next time we are in LBI :) Def one of our first stops on the island!

Best donuts I have had in years!!! My only regret is that we didn’t find this place on our first day here.

The donut sundaes are great. I had an inside out Boston cream with butter pecan. Sweet!

Awesome donuts! For me, what makes them so good is they are fresh made no matter when you go in. Normal places make tons of them and put them in a case to buy. This place on the other hand is like a pizza place. you can see this machine that has raw dough on one end, a belt that drives the donut into hot oil and out comes a fresh, warm/​hot donut which they then top with whatever you want. Because of this process they have inside out stuff since they cant really squit stuff into the donut. If you love warm donuts then you gotta try this place. Yummm. Last day on lbi. gonna miss this place.

This place was awesome! My friends and I went at 10pm and there was no line. The donuts are made to order and when you get them, they’re warm. The dough itself isn’t too sweet, which is a good complement to the toppings. You can either make your own or choose a popular one.

Shore Good Donuts were sure good! The donuts were made right when we ordered. They were so warm and smelled so good. It was hard to drive an hour home and not touch them. The kids were delighted with milk and the warm donut tonight.

Absolutely awesome donuts! Each one we tried was truly delicious, warm and freshly prepared while you wait! Staff was very friendly and pleasure to deal with.

Still the best year after year. You know why? Because they make them fresh in front of you while you wait! Cinnamon and Sugar still my favorite. The worst thing about these donuts, you have to eat them all up as they don’t taste as good if they sit for long periods. But so what, they are delicious and hard to resist. Remember, cash only but they have an ATM!

Delicious donuts. Hand made and warm. So many choices. I will definitely recommend friends and family. There is a donut for everyone. This is a must try for anyone who likes sweets! Everyone was friendly there. This makes a great desert or a sweet breakfast treat.

While waiting in line across the street at Comcast with several other grumpy cable customers the nice people at Shore Donuts came over & gave us a couple boxes of delicious donuts to ease our pain — which it shore did! Thanks!

Donuts made to order. Fresh, warm and delicious! The staff was super friendly and helpful and definitely knew how to treat a new customer! I couldn’t decide on the 6^th donut as it was between two delicious flavor so she just gave me both! That free donut just won my business for life!

I’m not even a donut person but the amazing donut smells from outside lured me into Shore Good Donuts.
I don’t regret my decision to try a warm, gooey, amazing treat. I went with the French Toast Donut and it was worth every single delicious calorie. To be honest, one donut wasn’t super huge so I don’t think it did *too* much damage. I could have easily eaten 2 – 3 and that would have been trouble.
It was fresh, warm and really did taste like French toast combined with a glazed donut. It accompanied my iced coffee nicely.
I didn’t want to wait until I get home and chance my donut getting cold. I enjoyed it on the benches outside of the store.
Amazing, amazing, amazing. I went back to my rental raved for a good 15 minutes. Just try one!
