Steve’s Appliance

I love this store. They have a good selection of used and sometimes new appliances. A few months ago I needed a dryer, fast, and decided to get a washer, too. Steve’s had one in the works, and were able to deliver it a day or two later. Since then they have come out twice for minor repairs that most people could do themselves, at no charge, as they warranty their equipment. Repair techs are courteous and competent. I will never buy new again, there’s no need to.

AWESOME!!! This was a wonderful experience from start to finish. We called Steve’s first thing in the morning and spoke with Jim. Right off the bat… he asked the right questions, was forthcoming about prices and offered good technical expertise over the phone. Anthony the technician called us a couple hours later to tell us he was on his way. He had familiarized himself with our reported problem and before he left the shop, he had cannibalized a part that he thought we might need since they didn’t have a new one in stock. Anthony showed up, had the problem diagnosed quickly, put in the used part and voila… we had a working refrigerator again. Anthony only charged us ½ price for the part but still gave us a one-​year warranty on the part. The cost for the dispatch and repair was way less than I anticipated. Everyone we dealt with at this company was wonderful and I will definitely call them again for appliance problems. Never again Sears or GE. I love it when a plan comes together.

Anthony from Steve’s appliance came out to my parents house and worked on their refrigerator for 2 hours on a Friday evening. My wife and I were there visiting and so impressed with Anthony’s knowledge and friendly attitude. He provided exceptional service!

Have used multiple times; for our own home and rentals. Always reliable, efficient, gives up-​front information before starting a repair, lets us know if something is worth fixing. Our go-​to appliance repair!

I will not give Steve’s Appliance any stars. I paid for a delivery and take away and it cost $ 40.00. That was a reasonably price. However, I asked them to take another refrigerator from our garage and bring that one in house. They charge me another FULL DELIVERY CHARGE. It should have been at least half. There was no driving involved and the full price including driving time.
Half way through the installation one guy leaves and we had to help them get in the house. Very poor service. Will not use them again. Would not recommend.

This is a family owned and ran business that carries new and used appliances. They thoroughly check out all used units and completely clean them before they sell them. All of the units come with warranties. They carry Maytag, Whirlpool, Kenmore, Jenn-​air, Frigidaire, and GE appliances. They usually have a lot of items to choose from too. Their service is outstanding and they are very knowledgeable. Their prices are very reasonable and they are trust worthy people. I would recommend this company to anyone who is in need of used appliances or service.
