They are the best!!! I love my tractor. Any time I call with a question I always get an answer. If I could give them more then 5 stars I would. Being a women went to a few other places they made me feel stupid. When I arrived at Sierra tractor I was frustrated I thought here I go again. But right from the start they explained things to me no pressure answered all my question. Went back to ask more question they never acted like I was a bother. SO I BOUGHT A TRACTOR! Love it. They are the place to go!

Great local shop. They are helpful and can get parts for older tractors when needed. They’re also great on fixing older tractors!

Too bad we can’t give a good review. Our Kabota stopped working and we called and agreed to pay the $ 125.00 for it to be hauled into his shop for diagnosis and repair. We gave a detailed list to the woman/office scheduler that beforehand that the ignition was loose because we had taken it off to test it and be careful, to drain all the fluids and replaced before attempting to start the tractor, I instructed where all the parts were located that we had removed, and they would tow it and drain and replace and then diagnose. He shows up, breaks off the key in the ignition, says the tractor is seized, jump starts the starter, leaves everything unhooked, and then says the block is cracked and leaves it at our house, a mess with parts everywhere and now a broken ignition. Then demanded we pay the 125.00 because he showed up. Our auto mechanic made a house call, correctly diagnosed and made the repairs which included a new ignition. He didn’t charge extra. Sierra tractor never offered to reduce the $ 125.00 or apologized for breaking the ignition, leaving a mess, or not towing the tractor. I would avoid them; bad business practices.

Brian and crew are the best. I have had them work on equipment and bought many parts from them. Honest and a fair price always. The next tractor I buy will be from them. After dealing with some of the big dealers in the valley I have found that Sierra Tractor under promises and over delivers worth the drive if you don’t live close.
