This review was previously a 5-​star review because the guy was super friendly and nice, however, that’s because he was ripping me off. I paid for a cheap 4 set of Rockford Fosgate speakers for my busted old pick-​up. Just something that would sound better than the blown stock speakers. About a month after I got them, the right front speaker started sounding blown again. I took it back and he checked it out. He asked if I had disconnected my battery recently and then played with the settings on my stereo. It was true that I had disconnected my batteries and then reset the clock and color adjustments on my stereo face, so he convinced me that I had changed the pitch settings or something and blown it. I was semi-​convinced it was my fault and chalked it up to bad luck.
Recently went to get the rear speakers replaced because they sound blown again and found out that in the rear the stock speakers were never replaced. The stock speakers were sealed system speakers and the reason they probably sounded bad was because the seal was broken. The tech at the shop I just took it to showed me where this guy just put a new layer of clear cellophane type stuff over the top to re-​seal the speakers and told me they were new.

Had an alarm installed here. No one was able to explain to me the basics of how it worked when I picked up my vehicle. The provided owners manual was written for a grade school child. I left two messages at the place of business asking for a five minute lesson on the operation of my Viper alarm. Two weeks later no one has called. Additionally I wrote to the manufacturer of the alarm asking specific questions, they two have ignored me. I paid $ 400 for this system and no one will respond to my requests for information. Sad how business are run these days.

I have been into that loud bass for a while and thought I had my setup with 2 Fosgate 15“s but I now realize how wrong I was. After walking into this shop and talking to Chalie and Thomas I realized size isn’t everything. They showed me that a huge box in the back seat of my car wasn’t realistic and all around pointless if I was looking for strong bass. Once I listened to the Pheonix Gold Elite12″ subwoofer they have on dislplay in ther shop I knew I was in the right place. After I was already sold on that I got a demo in the show truck which has 3 Elite 12’s along with the most crisp, clean mids and highs i’ve ever heard. The truck is definitly a work of art because even if you aren’t a basshead and just want nice music and/​or custom fabrication this truck has it all while still being operational and seating 4 people with ease. The guys here are understanding and know what they are doing with years of experience, will never go to any other shop for any electical or fabrication needs. They were willing to sit down and get the exact idea of what I was looking for and take the time to explain everything to me. They pricing for this level of expertice can’t be beat. Reviews won’t do this shop justice you will just have to go check it out for yourself and get to know them, a great group of guys.

I needed a wire for a backup camera run from my trailer hitch to inside the cab of my truck. They quoted me $ 165, and said he’d need my truck for half a day.
I ended up having my regular mechanic (A to Z) do it. They did the job in an hour and a half, along with an oil change and tire rotation… All for a 104 bucks and change.
They may indeed do very nice custom work, but if you need a simple job, they seem a little outrageous.

I never write reviews, but this place deserves one! Took my car in just to get a quote on a basic stereo install. Two employees helped me, came out to my car, asked good questions, and gave me a (great) quote immediately. I asked when I could make an appointment, and they told me someone else hadn’t shown up yet, so they could do it right now! Half an hour later I drove away with my stereo installed — clean, complete job done right. I’ll be back here as soon as I can for an upgrade in my other car. Don’t go to Best Buy — go to Mobile Evolutions!

Excellent custom installation. Great service and people.

I tried to go and get an in dash navigation installed into my wife’s car. After waiting for an hour and a half, no one showed up and I decided to take my business to folsom. Thank you for helping me see how you conduct your business and letting me find someone that actually cares about their customers. If you say you are going to open at a certain time, then do it. If you can’t, have a sign saying why you will be late.

I had a new stereo put in my car a while back when my old factory radio went kaput. These guys did an amazing job. They gave me my car back clean and with no sign that anything had changed (except for the shiny new stereo, of course). I was really impressed with the service. Would definitely use them again.

Great place for your car upgrades. I have used them multiple times and always been more than satisfied. Wouldn’t consider going anywhere else.
