I have never been so inspired to write a bad review than after going to this Goodwill(the home section) on 11/18/2015. The place was in complete and utter chaos. Whole bags of unsorted donations just shoved on shelves. Hardly anything sorted, piles of junk everywhere. Anything that was worth looking at was overpriced and you had to almost literally dig to find it. It was like dumpster diving on steroids. Save yourself the hassle and go to the ‘Nothing’s New’ consignment shop up the street — it was clean, well-organized, presorted into actually desirable items, and substantially better priced.

I love Goodwill and I have conflicted opions about this particular store. On one hand, it’s close to my home, drop off in the back is quickly collected, and they have a huge selection of items compared to the other stores. On the other hand, it is my least favorite store to shop at because the dressing rooms are not kept up with(customers normally leave their unfit items behind in PILES), the customers that I run into there are just plain rude, and there is always a huge line at the check out. My last visit was on 10÷30÷15 and there was only one check out open, but with two girls working at one; one working the register and the other bagging. I waited in line for 20 minutes(I timed it) and they never called for help. Why didn’t the one girl hop over to the other register?

probably one of the best deals in the city. goodwill clearance outlet! if you are lucky enough to visit this goodwill outlet while open(mon to sat 9 – 8), you will find huge tables piled with clothing and everything is just 50 cents. sure, there are lots of items good for a laugh or a costume, but i’ve also found plenty of new brand name clothes that for some reason didn’t sell in the regular store(abercrombie, gap, old navy, etc). definitely worth a visit(and the regular store is pretty good too).
