We live in one of town homes so parking isn’t a real issue for us. HOWEVER, if you have family over or guests in general tell them to get a cab. There’s hardly any open visitor spots available. Residence park their cars there for days on end bc there isn’t anywhere to park. Trash is on the far side of the property so prepare to walk if your on the other side. We moved in two weeks ago and have had maintenance over. Our fire alarm keeps dying, bulbs go out in no time, windows come off the track when you open them. I could go on and on. storage is a joke and the master bedrooms have very little closet space. Save your money and find somewhere else to call home

I moved in 4 months ago, Lacey the property manager was so helpful, she was able to move my husband and I in quickly. We thought the process of getting our first apartment would be stressful. Lacey put us at ease and walked us through it all. The property is kept immaculate, we rented based off curb appeal, amenities and great customer service in the office.

The negative reviews below couldn’t be more accurate. My boyfriend moved in only two months ago, and it’s been a horrific experience.
For one, parking is a joke. There are few visitor parking spots, which are usually taken by residents, since management gives one parking spot for two bedroom apartments. Even with those spots, residents still scramble for parking. The neighboring street just outside the complex is almost entirely a no parking zone due to new housing constructions. Having even one guest over is really a hassle. My boyfriend often has to pick people up if he wants to have visitors to avoid having the hassle of them trying to find parking.
In the last two months, my boyfriend has received two parking tickets on the road outside of his complex, and has had his car towed while parked inside of the complex. I’ve also received two tickets during this time.
So basically you either drive around for 30 minutes to an hour on a daily basis hoping some one will make a quick trip to the store so you can snag a parking spot, or you park illegeally (trust me, most people have to resort to this), and run the risk of waking up in the morning to a lovely ticket, or even better, to discover that your car is no longer there.
As of now, my boyfriend is seriously considering breaking his lease, even though expensive, the cost of the inconvenience outweighs the monetary cost. If only he could get a hold of management…
If you’re thinking about moving here, I encourage you to reconsider! There are so many other great places in Sherwood and neighboring towns.

I’ve lived here for a year. This place is managed by Madrona Ridge now and it’s worse than ever. They are in no way professional in solving a problem with your place. Parking is terrible. The walls are thin. They just tried raising my rent $ 225 more for signing a new lease! There is no real plus for living here for the rates they are asking.

Horrible! The new management is so picky about every little thing. Apparently I have TOO MANY potted plants on my patio. Would have been nice to know there was a limit! They also like to inspect your apartment every other week. This place doesn’t feel like a home to me… can’t wait to move!

The community is very family friendly, with 2 small parks, great walking paths, and a great pool. Though right off the busy highway 99W, in my unit I do not hear any traffic noise. Parking is a bit tight, but with the garage space and driveway space, it works well for a small, young family, as long as you coordinate accordingly. The modern kitchen and spacious bedrooms create great comfort and make spending a day at home feel like more of an event than stagnancy. I’ve lived here for the past year with my 2 young sons, and they absolutely love the community and have made several friends. We will be here for some time into the future.

Worst living situation of my life! My complaints are endless, and all previous reviews are accurate.

My family moved here last July, and every experience we’ve had since has been absolutely horrible. The condos are nice, don’t get me wrong– but they are NOT at all worth upwards of $ 1600/​month. The management is very unprofessional and is in no way helpful whatsoever. When we first moved here we were told that someone who come do a walk through with us to inspect the condition of our home before moving in, nobody ever followed up with us or came by– even after requesting that this be done. Our carpet was in horrible condition when we moved in after we were told everything would be fully renovated. Nobody ever looked into this after we expressed our concern to the management office. You think they would provide better customer service to folks who pay an arm and a leg to live here (our deposit was nearly $ 5000) 7 months after living here we were informed a new management company would be taking over and all of our bills were to now be paid online. Following their instruction, we attempted to make our payment online and after the system wouldn’t let us (super glitchy) we decided to have an employee from the office help us. My mom provided her checkbook to the gal their (w/​her routing and account number). She was told everything was taken care of. 3 days later we came home to a notice to vacate the property within THREE days due to nonpayment. We went down to the office and spoke to the new manager who didn’t even bother to apologize for THEIR screw up and whom was completely rude and unprofessional. I don’t think it’s even legal to give a 3 day eviction notice– nothing of that sort AT ALL was in the lease we signed. The day after this happened we received another notice on our door– this time for an «inspection» and so they could do radon testing (which is a radioactive gas) nowhere in the notice did it disclose ANY information about what that testing would entail or why they were doing it in the first place. I could go on and on about how terrible this place is. The worst parking EVER (they tow everyone), they don’t provide ANY customer service and the new management is worse than the one before. I’m so disappointed that we’ve spent all this money and we are not at all happy being here. I wouldn’t recommend this apartment complex OR this property management company to anyone. DONT DO IT! Not worth your time, money or the stress it will cause you.

There are several problems with this apartment complex that newcomers need to be aware of before considering:
1. The garbage facility is located at the extreme end of the property. If you live on the opposite end then you’re looking at ¼ mile round trip. That probably doesn’t sound like a lot but your lazy neighbors will start storing their garbage on their decks and patios.
2. Parking is an absolute nightmare. Don’t ever plan on having visitors because they won’t be able to park ANYWHERE. One side of the street parking was recently made illegal by the city due to houses being built. The closest overflow parking is about ½ mile away and is usually completely full by 6:30 PM. Good luck…
3. You’ll lose your cleaning deposit no matter how much effort you put into cleaning the place before you vacate so don’t bother.
4. Dogs are everywhere. Barking, running off leash etc. Unless you don’t mind listening to your neighbor’s dogs bark at 3:00 in the morning or smelling their dog’s waste when you open your windows on a hot day then this probably isn’t going to work out for you.
5. Management is rarely in the office so collecting a package that is delivered may take you several days before you can catch someone in the office to pick it up.
Two other things that happened to us before we moved out somewhat abruptly. The apartment «management» tried a bait and switch game where they attempted to change the terms of the month-​to-​month agreement in order to bully us into signing another lease. That ultimately was the reason we moved out. Once we gave our 30-​day notice they were so angry they lied to the post office and said we moved so mail stopped briefly. Not that big of a deal since none of our important bills arrive by mail and we were able to fix it with a single phone call. But that should give you an idea of the type of people running this place.
My advice is to look elsewhere. If you rent here you will likely regret it. Lots of empty units… there’s a reason behind it.

Parking is a nightmare if you ever want someone to visit you. There is one family that owns 4 cars and takes up a large portion of the visitors spots. I have emailed management about the problem, yet they have still done nothing. Maybe it’s time I take the problem into my own hands. Besides that, the walls are very thin. I can hear the neighbor screaming at his girlfriend all the time. Also there is dog poop everywhere on the highway side of the apt. Seems to be the Wild West over there where poop scoop rules do not apply. It would be nice to have the burden of scooping feces lifted from my shoulders.

I normally reserve my eloquent writing style for more vulgar endeavors but after the trauma Creekview Crossing has caused I feel it a public service. Hopefully the judge in my indecent exposure case agrees. I’m going to need more than the typical fifth of jamesons to bring me back to reality after this review. buckle up.
This place is a joke, take away the granite counter tops and accent walls that your Pinterest girlfriend drooled over during the walk though and you’re left with an all familiar empty feeling. The feeling you’ve experienced pushing all your decisions for the last 15 years, the feeling that is so deep in your psyche you can’t escape. –This prison yard lets those feelings surface faster than that first time you opened up to your hair dresser. Let us start with heating and A/​C. Don’t expect this to work at all in the second or third floor floors even though these buildings are basically new. Features like A/​C don’t work simply because the «ducting» they used in construction is equivalent to tissue paper which collapsed harder than me watching Miley Cirus perform at the VMA’s. Don’t worry the builders used a double layer of tissue paper in the walls. Being able to hear your neighbors light conversation may be s plus if you’re an introvert. You can have a conversation with someone without even seeing them at all, just speak normally at the wall and someone will respond. I’ve already been in a relationship and ended on this way. I hope she doesn’t recognize my voice, the judge may have something to say about it too.
Parking, I hope you like to walk because you will be walking at least 10 minutes to your car everyday. All the while hoping its not covered in parking tickets or towed. No matter what the leasing agent says or how there working on the problem they are NOT. Having friends over? Tell them to take a cab or park in front of the dentists office DOWN THE HIGHWAY. «Street is available for parking» they say, o wait the same cars including a P.O.S. Kondar Iroc camaro with expired tags have been parked there for 3 months. Want to unload your groceries? best practice would be to leave your 5 year old in the driver seat and tell him to circle the block a couple times. By the time you drop off the first load of eggo waffles and orange chicken your car will be on the back of a tow truck, child screaming in all. Don’t expect the latest version of pokemon to make them forget this injustice either. Please Creekview! don’t put my 5 year old through this again! Parking is so bad your only options are to sweet talk your step mom into letting you use her disabled person parking pass to grab a spot. Oh wait, everyone else is already doing this…
