Trying to find an auto mechanic for the first time is always difficult because ya never know who you can trust. Well, I totally trust B&G! I took car into them and they took great care of me and my car. Very upfront with everything and very detailed about what was wrong. I felt very comfortable with the cost of the repairs and the great customer service. I will be back for sure with any future vehicle issues I encounter. Thank you B&G team!

0 stars! This place has the worst of customer service of a small business ever! My Mother-​in-​Law who is in her 70’s went in this shop because they are close to her home. When she walked in there was a man at a computer who didn’t acknowledge her. There was a teenager sprawled on the couch and a dog jumped on her. The man at the computer finally looked up when she told the dog to get down! At that point this man just looked at her like why are you here… She explained why she was there and he looked back down at the computer and mumbled something about a mechanic and told her to come back later!!! This place is a joke! What kind of small business would lack that much customwer service and respect for potential customers? Oh this place! I will tell everyone I know abou this place. GARBAGE!

This repair shop has been my main go-​to shop for a number of years now. I’ve taken multiple cars in and always got a fair deal, on-​time service and no surprises. Work done has been of consistently high quality.

I would highly recommend this company. Not only would I drive here from any Portland metro area to have my car worked on here but also to get the canned tuna that they carry. That tuna is the best I have ever had! I believe it’s from the family’s owned business.
When I moved to Oregon needing a new automotive shop for my car was just one more thing to worry about having to find. It wasn’t until after I moved to Sherwood when my car had it’s troubles. Finding someone to fix your car is so stressful if you’ve had experiences like me that weren’t all that great. I Googled places around here and ended up with B & G Motors. Boy do I feel lucky that I did!!!
This is not your average shop. They really care for you and your car here. The owner makes sure of it! They have since taken care of mine and my husbands several times. They work with you to make sure you get what you need and what you want. They AREN’T pushy and I appreciate their feedback. I always know that they have done a thorough job with my car because they walk me through it. They are very professional there and know their car stuff.
This auto mechanic shop is someplace where you don’t have to feel concerned of being taken advantage of. You’re in good hands.

These guys are flat awesome! I may just have had the best experience with an auto shop that I’ve ever had. They are just good people, doing the right thing. I asked them to take care of several things that I thought needed to be done, and they just told me to save my money and not worry about some of them. The problems I was having with my car were resolved quickly and economically. They really know what they are doing and I felt like I made a couple of new friends. Its exactly how I’d run a business if I had one. Really great job!

They used the wrong parts on the rebuild of my engine head. I did not find out until a year later when I had another company rebuild the entire engine. I wasted a lot of money at B & G Motors just to find out they did the work wrong.
