This business is run by management that does not manage. The appointment I made 2 weeks ahead of my arrival to perform a handful of items meant nothing. Their promise to begin working on my rig when they opened and complete all the tasks they called «simple» by the end of the day did not come to pass. The work supervisor was clearly not even aware I was going to show up. When I was required to return for rework and uncompleted items, they again did not start the job until late in the day and did not complete the work properly once more.
The people are warm and friendly, but appear to be ill trained, inexperienced and poorly equipped. Two repairs were done improperly and clearly were not tested. I had to return for re-​work and the second repair to the same item was also flubbed and not tested. I finally gave up and fixed it myself. Also, I discovered that they did not properly screw in the belly pans resulting in them coming loose during travel and dragging the ground as I drove down the interstate. I would not bring my RV to this facility for any kind of repair.
