So I have been looking for an eight foot long utility trailer and thought I would try and deal with a local company. My first visit was OK — the people who work there seem friendly and he office is neat and clean and the yard with the trailer stock seems somewhat organized.
After narrowing down my requirements based in the size of the spot I have to store the trailer — I went about trying to get a price and availability of a trailer. The sales person I dealt with (also the owner) kept saying that she had just got stock in and had not figured out what came in and wanted to call me back. That call never came so I called in again — and got transferred to another person who was supposed to help me order the aluminum trailer I wanted. I had a few questions about the trailer and wanted a fairly firm estimated delivery date and was supposed to get a call back on Monday AM with this. Three days later and no call back and I am buying a trailer elsewhere.
This place is worth checking out — but if they do not have what you want in stock then I would suggest not risking aggravation by staff who seem to lack any follow through.
