The clinic provides services for, and specializes in, both medical and surgical treatment for the skin, hair, and nail. In addition to skin reactions and infections, our doctors have extensive experience in treating skin cancer and have been utilizing Mohs micrographic surgery in the office longer than any other practice in Grayson County. The current doctors have a combined experience in treating over 60,000 skin cancers. It is the wide variety and vast scope of dermatological diseases that keeps these dermatologists focused and engaged, as well as up to date on dermatologic conditions and treatments. «The skin is the largest organ of the body, and we find it to be the most interesting,» states Dr. Koone.

Established in 1976.

Texoma Dermatology Clinic was founded by Don Fincher, M.D. and Ed Spencer M.D. and has prided inself on providing quality health care since it opened. Currently there are five board certified dermatologist, Mark D. Koone, M.D. Creed Stewart, M.D. Ray Thomas, M.D. Clint Moss, M.D. A. Nichole Edwards, D.O.

The clinic itself has an office staff of 24 employees to help support the physicians and their patients. Clinical assistants, business office personnel, insurance specialist, and friendly front desk assistants all help to streamline your experience and try to minimize your wait-​time while in the office. In addition, Texoma Dermatology employs its own full-​time medical technologist who specializes in preparing permanent and frozen sections of slides in the facility, as well as preparing slides for Mohs skin cancer surgery.
