This place is so good. I would recommend trying anything on the menu. The wet ribs are the best in my opinion. Sweet tea is bomb diggity.

Absolutely wonderful ribs… melt in your mouth. A bit pricey but money well spent!

The barbecue was seasoned well, but I didn’t love the sides, and the sauces weren’t great.

I had the St. Louis style rubs and they were awesome! I wasn’t expecting this good of BBQ from a chain restaurant. The service was gear as well. My family will be back often!

Driving through Texas decided to stop, acknowledging it’s a chain. However, waited about 5 minutes to be seated. Our server Katie was excellent and super friendly, prompt on taking our order. We found out Tuesdays were all you can eat ribs, so we did it. Reasonable prices for that many ribs and sides, which you can swap if you choose. The food overall was very good. I had the St. Louis style ribs and they peeled off the bone. I ate so much that I couldn’t move after eating. The Mac and Cheese that came out was not as hot as it could be but nonetheless great. If you’re hungry definitely make a stop and eat here. Great atmosphere and service.

The ribs were pretty good. I didn’t expect that in Sherman Texas! The service was great. We didn’t have to wait long for our food since we were on a short lunch.

I’ve only had the BBQ sandwiches and salads. In a pinch they’re good. The Carolina Mustard sauce and the spicy on the table add a little extra. Salads have some strange, tasteless onion rings on them. Other than that they’re good as well.

Walked in 15 minutes til they close and they told me they were closed. Why do you have hours if you are going to set your own?

Yes it’s a chain. But the food was pretty good. The place looks like your average American restaurant with wooden seating and a nice liquor filled bar. The food is solid. I ordered the chicken and rib combo with mac & cheese and mashed potatoes. The meats were tasty. The ribs were tender, easy to pull off the bone, and the chicken moist. The sauces weren’t my favorite but maybe that’s because I’ve grown up eating Texas BBQ all my life. I wasn’t a huge fan of the sides, as the mac & cheese was bland, tasting more of cream than cheese.

Only have eaten there once, the Sherman location. But, I would have to say I really liked it!

I’ll admit, I had reservations before I stepped foot inside this location. I’d eaten at a Rib Crib in Missouri a few years prior, and left feeling less than stellar. However, we’re creatures of habit around here and most everything seems unappetizing when we’re going round and round about where to eat. And since neither my husband or I had tried Sherman’s newest restaurant, we decided to walk on in. We were seated at a table less than 5 minutes after arriving and almost immediately had a sweet waitress taking our drink orders. The menu is varied, but isn’t too overwhelming. Hubs ordered the St. Louis ribs plate and I took a Smokestack BBQ Sandwich. He thought the ribs needed more seasoning, but then again, he’s a salt fiend. I was pleasantly surprised with the sandwich. Great bun, tender chopped brisket, not too greasy. The fries were spot on and plentiful. I also ordered a side of cole slaw, but wasn’t a fan. And at $ 1.99 for an a la carte side, I was disappointed to leave it sitting there. Overall, it was pretty good: staff was friendly & attentive, food arrived quickly and I’m surprised to say we’ll definitely be back. I’m also always in favor of cool plastic take-home cups.
