Established in 1977.

Established in 1977 as a young enthusiastic hair dresser, I’ve been doing hair for over forty years and continue studying daily to update my education on product and style fashions. Debbie joined me at Hairport in 2014 to perform chemical services. She also studies daily, knowing the newest chemical services and products. She will share which pre and post treatment will work best with your enhanced and chemically treated hair.

We believe that God brought us together making us a dynamic hair care team to service and share our knowledge with you!

Disappointing to say the least. I would not recommend this salon. Even tho you pay for a mastery haircut and color (which is truly not up to par) they will insist you purchase haircare products from them exclusively or they refuse to do any services for you. In addition, they will insult, humiliate and scold you for not doing so loudly in front of other patrons. Very unprofessional, greedy and questionable legalities.

We found Hairport quite by accident. Denison is our home, but we live in Nebraska for part of the year. Dwayne and Debbie are the best hair care professionals we have ever found. The shop is open, airy and immaculate. They carry the finest lines of hair care products and know how to use them to achieve your desired results. Dwayne is the most knowledgeable stylist we know of and his wife Debbie is a coloring/care perfectionist. They work to understand your needs and expectations and then provide the styling, advice and hair care products needed to achieve the results you want. Our visits are always fun and informative. They are wonderful people whom we consider to be good friends.

I have been going to Dwayne for almost 35 years, and I can honestly say I’ve never had a bad experience. His product knowledge is second to none, and he is always keeping up with the latest styles and techniques. I have lived in Plano for the past 17 years and still travel up to Sherman once a month to get my haircut. If you live within 50 miles of his establishment, do yourself a favor and go see him. I guarantee you will not be disappointed.

I have only been going to Dwaine for about 2 years after moving to the area. He came very highly recommended. I was not disappointed. I moved around a lot and have had to find hair stylist all over the country and overseas, Dwaine and Debbie are as good as any I have been to and better than most. His cuts and her color are right on.
The salon is immaculate and very friendly.

I recently moved to Sherman and was in need of a good haircut. I happened upon Dwayne at the Hairport and was not disappointed. He gave me an excellent haircut. I am from southern California and I received one of the best haircuts that I have ever had. He is very professional and a master at his craft. Dwayne is a master at his art and never leave without feeling like a brand new person! His wife Debbie is a wonderful colorist and just a amazing person.
