This is Bob Utters response to my review of his business. Keep in mind that he has never met me nor has he seen my vehicle. He is standing behind his service writer who is misguided and unacknowledged pertaining to Ford Factory Equipment. «The fact is your after-market mirror is not covered by that policy. In fact, it is a general rule that no after-market part is covered by any extended service policy. We would be happy to try to find some common ground with you as far as a solution is concerned. We will give you a call on Thursday, April 9th to see if we can help.» First of all Bob, the mirror was and is factory installed. People don’t spend $ 65000k on a truck just to install aftermarket mirrors. Second, don’t bother to call Thursday as the mirror was repaired today at Bill Utter Ford, Corinth, TX. And covered under warranty because it is a factory mirror. Also, I told the service writer at Bill Utter Ford about the drivers door needing adjustment, just as I did your service writer Roy; whom couldn’t understand what I was talking about, and again Bill Utter Ford came through and adjusted the door without being condescending toward me. Both repairs cost me $ 75 because I have a $ 100 dollar deductible. What you are left with is a dissatisfied customer that cannot recommend your business to others. Dale Cunningham Denison, TX
