My name is Jonathan Miller I am the manager of Valley iPhone Guys for all Southern California units. I have been in the cell phone repair business for over 5 years. I became the manager of Valley iPhone Guys in 2013 when they first began in the Southern California area. Can’t recommend them. I had a cracked screen on my fairly new 6+, but phone worked fine otherwise. He repaired the glass but the proximity no longer works, which means my ear triggers numbers, or turns the speaker on and off, etc. There’s no store location to go to — they «come to you» which means meeting at a Starbucks somewhere at a somewhat vague time. There’s no voicemail setup on his phone, and after excuses about his being busy with his «other job» and «this phone isn’t giving me my texts» no response. I effectively have a brick now, unless I use headphones, or bluetooth, or share all my calls with the world via the speaker.

I called them and asked for them to fix my phone that broke and the next day they were there and fixed it in 10 min.
Now it’s in perfect shape and it was affordable!

Ive dropped my phone several times and my phone had A LOT of cracks on it! I am that type of person that will still use things until it is no longer functional. My phone was working fine for about 8 months with all those cracks until one day my screen started getting black blotches and rainbow colored lines across the screen! I needed to get it fixed and I shopped around and I called a few places and they said my digitizer is messed up so it was going to cost me about 200 bucks plus the screen… so I kept shopping around and I found the Valley iPhone Guys! they were awesome! Great price 80 bucks for fixing my screen and my digitizer! It took about 10 minutes. I have a white iPhone 6 and the screen looks and feels great! I would totally recommend them.

I don’t want to be too redundant but to sum up my experience and the experiences of the other ppl who left a review below: really good prices and Unilocal deals (actually found them off of here too), convenient (saved me gas $ since I didn’t have to drive to them), really nice customer service (Oscar helped me out), and good work. Five stars.

These guys are like über for iPhone repair. I called them they took my phone information. They came to my office while I was working fixed my phone in 20 minutes and had it looking brand new again. They only charged me $ 60 dollars to fix my iPhone 5s most stores in the area charge $ 80+ for me to go to them. They charged me that price and came to me. The tech David also threw in a free tempered glass. Thank you David always calling you Guys

I dropped my phone (again). The display was all damaged. I couldn’t use my phone at all. After they came to me at work and fixed the issue it all looked brand new. Five stars for efficiency, convenience, great prices, and great customer service.

I used to think bad things couldn’t happen to me. Just like everybody else. And just like everybody else… I cracked my phone. But unlike the majority of unfortunate people, I found the iPhone Guys who saved me the trouble of having to drive to a good repair shop because they come to you. I used to go by David at a different location, but found him again here. He did a really good job fixing my screen and it didn’t even cost me a lot.
Highly recommend to all you unfortunate Unilocalers looking at this with cracked phone screens or other ailments.
