Tina is fantastic! As a first time home buyer without family in the area it was important that we had a great realtor! Tina is wonderful, she truly cares about her clients and doesn’t hesitate to calm their nerves and answer any questions. She was available to answer all our questions big or small and if she didn’t have the answer she would find out and get back to us. Tina knows what needs to be done and how to get it done within the timelines. Not only is she knowledge about the market, but since she’s been doing this for a bit she has great referrals for people in the business as well. Tina makes real estate dreams come true. When my husband and I approached her to represent us in the sale of our house and the purchase of a new one we made the best decision ever based purely on her great personality. Our house got an amazing offer hours after the Open House and she manifested a complex deal on the house we fell in love with before our house was even officially on the market. I’m writing this review from that amazing home with a view of LA. My partner and I met Tina Stern via word of mouth from a highly respected friend.
Due to a job relocation and summer in high gear, we found ourselves needing to sell our home without a lot of warning.
Our first meeting with Tina set the tone for the following process that ultimately resulted in the sale of our home. Highly experienced, professional and savvy!
All of Tina’s marketing materials and sales analysis was first class. Yes, we also had well maintained home. But Tina’s staging suggestions and home improvement punch list was very instrumental in generating the kind of buzz that brought us multiple offers and a solid closing.
