I called around for SAT tutoring and chose The End Result because of the small class size. Good experience for my daughter and she did better on her second exam, she scored 250 points higher.

Arranged for my 10th grade student to have a session the week of the AP euro test– Based on session, Tutor had very little experience in AP euro– specifically, writing DBQ’s-«a document based question/​essay»…In addition, she had no material ready for session-​No DBQ for session– My student had to find on line test/​quizzes to fill the hour… He certainly didn’t need to hire a tutor to sit & watch him look for an on line test– In addition the tutor, ate dinner during ‘the session’ which was very awkward– When I called & spoke with manager, she Stated, «We order and provide materials to students that are enrolled in an on-​going tutoring programs” — I did request a refund, which was denied–
It was very apparent, there were no AP Euro tutors available the week of the test– This would be completely understandable– However, If you’re unable to perform a task, which you’re being compensated for, do not accept the business– & then Indicate «We order and provide materials to students that are enrolled in an on-​going tutoring programs» —

I have used The End Result several times for my son, an hour here and there, mostly for test prep. The tutors have consistently been great and I’ve always been able to get him a tutor at the last minute if necessary, they have very flexible days and hours and you’re not obligated to commit to a certain amount of hours.

I have a young adult who needed help in pre-​algebra at the Junior College level. Over Friday, Saturday and Sunday I tried to reach someone. I always got the machine and had to wait for a callback. First I was told that no session could be scheduled until the «registration form» was submitted. On the registration form it states that a credit card is required to schedule the first session. I e-​mailed the registration form and asked about bringing a check for all the sessions I was asking about on the first day. Instead of a call back, as I requested, I was told in an e-​mail that no tutoring could be scheduled until I had a credit card on file. I wrote back that I was disappointed that the «business office» and the policy that required a credit card on file to confirm a session. I also asked, «If a customer does not want to give a credit card that means you will not do business with them?» So far no response.
This is a short sited and, in my personal view, poor business practice. I understand wanting to be paid. But I do not understand this policy.
This has been one of the most frustrating experiences for me to obtain services from a service oriented company. I’ll not use or reccomend them to anyone. Mores the pity.

I had my daughters enrolled in the homework help to get them started in the school year. 2 weeks into the program, I checked my 3rd graders homework to see her progress at the center, the math sheet had only answers. I asked my daughter how she got the answers and she told me that the tutor had helped her by letting her use a CALCULATOR. I was infuriated to say the least. I called the center that night and left a message the manager called me the next day and I told her what had happened. She told me she would find out what had happened and get back to me. 4 days later another person left a nonchalant message for me to call her back when I did they told me that my 3rd grade daughter had said that she was allowed to, so they gave her one.
Although, my daughter said that, she is a third grade child, who is struggling with school. The reason I enrolled her in a center like this in the first place Why an adult of a tutoring facility would allow that is mind blowing. Kids try to get away with things all the time in order to lessen the load of homework and this was supposed to be a credible place where I could trust my daughters were getting the help and support needed to excel in school.
I am so disappointed words cannot express. I’m glad now they have reassured me that in the future no calculators will be used but I’m also reassured by the fact my daughters will no longer be at their facility.
Be wary and follow up if you plan to enroll your student

After working with a few different tutors, my daughter decided to try The End Result in order to improve her grades and boost her SAT scores. She went once a week and at the end of a very busy senior year in high school, she graduated maxima cum laude with a 4.4 GPA and a 2100 score on her final SAT.
She enjoyed The End Result Tutoring program and we both feel it augmented her regular education. I can’t recommend The End Result enough.

I’m very grateful to the End Result. Didn’t think I would pass my Accounting class, but with there professional instructors, I received an «A». Still hate accounting though. Not only are the instructors easy to communicate with but they are available 7 DAYS a week. I was able to work around my school and work schedule.
