Came in on a Tuesday afternoon.
I had called and made an appointment to test drive a pre-​owned Mercedes E-​Class with Alex.
When I arrived at the dealership I was super impressed; i didn’t expect it to be so elegant and to see Audi R8s and Maseratis on the showroom room. This is not your average used car dealership lol.
Ok the BEST PART: Alex was awesome; so polite and not trying to be pushy at all. After the test drive he even brewed me a fresh pot of coffee! And after concluding the sale he went and put gas in the car and had his detail guy detail it! He also threw in a free 6 month warranty.
The manager George gave me the best experience I’ve ever had purchasing a vehile. Oh and btw… they gave me a FANTASTIC DEAL!
I’m sooooooo happy with my purchase. I don’t feel like i bought a used car at. I feel like I’m driving away in a brand new car for a GREAT PRICE. Oh and btw they gave me MAXIMUM $$$ on my trade.

I’m actually surprised I’ve seen ANY negative reviews because I think it’s impossible. We bought a car through them today and I can honestly say we found other cars we were interested in elsewhere but we were so adamant about buying through this company that we went back and purchased a choice we’d made there. Buying a car is my worst nightmare and they made the experience so much lighter on my stomach. Jeremy was FANTASTIC and the rest of the staff was so easy to talk to and get along with including the owner. They really make it easy to buy a car from them on top of making us want to come back when we’re ready for a new car. I see this place as somewhere well continuously use to purchase cars when we’re ready. Love them

I have purchased two cars from these guys– the BEST CAR PURCHASE EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFETIME– I’m a 42-y.o. Mother of 3, so integrity in sales is paramount for my experience because I am always on a budget. The owner is on site and you can tell their team genuinely cares about the customer’s understanding & experience in the sales process on their lot. They are informative, honest, kind and have made a repeat customer out of me and my three teens!

Talk about zero customer service! These people are the worst. We agreed on the price and I was ready to make the deal. When I was brought the sales contract the price and interest rate were higher than what we had discussed earlier. The manager came, and he told me I had 5 seconds to decide or else the deal was off. I walked out of that place that same moment. Don’t come here.

I purchased a great Honda Civic from Car Factory on October/​15, and it works pretty well… love my new car. I was treated like a queen at the Car Factory. They have a very friendly service. The reason why the guys have many positive reviews. A special thanks to Izik, Sulma and Michael (owner). These guys are very easy to talk. They were very polite and patient with me (I speak English with a strong Portuguese accent). Michael offered me a very reasonable price. What I was looking for… great! Couldn’t be happier with the deal and service I received!!!

Alex is a healthy, honest, and helpful guy. He greeted me within a couple of moments of ariving on the lot. Car factory has a great selection of awsome pre owned cars and trucks. I bought a 2006 Chevy Colrado truck from Alex. Could’nt be happier with the deal, and service i recieved! Micheal got me a great loan deal! Would recomend anybody to go and buy a vehicle from these oustanding guys! Thanks

Most amazing dealership I’ve ever been to! Nothing but kind and helpful people. I have extremely low credit and a special income that doesn’t show much, but they still worked with me! They helped me finance and stay in my budget! Would highly recommend it to anyone who has special financial needs or wants a SEXY ASS CAR FOR CHEAP!!! Ask for Izik or George!!!

Thank you Car Factory this place is Great! I purchased my car there a week ago & so far so good. It has very low mileage and clean inside and outside and the price was way under then what it should have been. Jorge was very tentative and made my buying experience quick and easy. I’ve never purchased a car from a dealer before and i had my doubts but after dealing with them i felt right at home and i could tell they’re very honest people. The best place to buy a car in LA, me and my husband just bought here, no hassle no messing around and good prices.
The cars on their lot are clean and tidy and the place itself is really clean and nice quality, plus this is the first time I’ve been to a dealer that has immaculate toilets.
The two guys we dealt with were honest knowledgable and helpful.

This place is by far the best car dealer i have ever been to, I have bought quite a few new cars and with all there training and financial backing this place still blows them away.
We came to the car factory about a month ago to look at a diesel R-​class, we had a minivan to trade in, the dealer was very patient and set us up with a good deal, the minivan we traded had a huge amount of negative equity due to it only being a year old. These guys were patient and tried their utmost to make it work but alas it was not to be, we couldn’t afford the monthly payment. My wife and I were mostly sad because we wanted to work with these guys so badly, I know that sound’s weird but after visiting other places and being misquoted and ‘sold’ to for a few weeks it was really refreshing to deal with a place like this.
Fast forward a month or so and the minivan is gone and now we have to replace our other car low and behold they have an X5 that fits the bill, we spoke to Kevin and Jorge and they are both fantastic, within about 1.5 hours, mostly me having to phone the wife to confirm stuff, we owned a new car, they also have awesome warranties that are a lot less expensive than i’m used to and gave us the cheapest financing I have ever had. we have good credit but I’ve never been quoted this low for an APR before.
Its nice to find a place that’s clean, well managed with well trained low pressure staff that doesn’t try to gouge you on ever aspect of the sale.

I just got into my 2^nd new car lease via Michael at The Car Factory, and the experience
could not have been better! He found me a great deal on an Audi A4 Quattro and it was by far the easiest car-​buying process I’ve ever been through… a complete pleasure. Michael and the staff are fantastic to work with.
He’s a great guy, he knows the car biz, he’ll tell you straight up what’s what, and as a broker I think he can find just about anything anyone’s looking for. I’ve been leasing for years and used to always go to dealerships, ‘work the trenches’ and make my own deals… which was kinda fun, but also stressful and exhausting. I happened upon Michael by accident last go around with my previous Audi and as I neared the end of that lease, I didn’t hesitate to head straight for him again.
I feel like I’m in great hands with Michael and I’d recommend him and The Car Factory with the biggest thumbs up I can give!

I’ve been meaning to write this review for a while but I wanted to see how the car would hold up. Surprisingly, this 9 year old CRV is in great shape just like Michael and Jay said it would be.

I need to write an update to my last review because I just purchased a car from The Car Factory and well… it’s still FIVE STARS all around! Thank you Michael, Jennifer and Sulma for an awesome experience and for making me feel so welcomed and at ease once again. I love my 2010 Honda Element and while I have a ton of dealerships to choose from there on Auto Row/​Van Nuys Blvd., I can’t imagine buying or selling with any other dealership.

Let me start by saying that I’m a chronic deal seeker, relatively tough negotiator and a huge car enthusiast!
The Car Factory is among the best dealerships, or even businesses operated, that I’ve encountered. It’s owner, staff, and genuine accommodating service is, without a doubt, unparalleled. They really set the standard in so many ways. I’m truly grateful to have met them and purchasing the car was just an added bonus.
Easy and Smooth — I had the pleasure of first meeting Kevin and Jorge who were more than professional, kind, pleasantly transparent, and absolutely beyond reasonable. To say they went above and beyond by staying late, making sure my needs were met, and making the transaction happen is an understatement, but they did. I walked into the dealership for the sole purpose of research and maybe a 15 minute test drive and walked out purchasing a beautiful vehicle. Keep in mind, the caliber of the vehicles at this dealership is without a doubt, top notch. I didn’t even receive this type of reception and accommodation at a dealership that sells primarily new cars!
Furthermore, when I went back to pick up the car the next day, everything I had asked for in relation to the car was completed before I arrived and was greeted by the owner, Michael. I recently bought a used Mercedes Benz E-​Class from this dealership and I have to admit I was really impressed by their service and how they treated me throughout the entire transaction. Joe the salesperson was not pushy like most car salesman, Jorge the finance manager put together an affordable deal and got me into a luxury car even though my credit is bad. Sulma also helped me out at the end to finished everything up. So all in all, if you’re in the market for a nice car, go to these guys, they know what they’re doing and they won’t rip you off. Came into car factory with a referral to the owner Michael. We needed a new larger car for our growing family and the small SUV we had didn’t cut it. Michael and Sulma helped me find a great new 2015 Honda Odyssey for a very reasonable price and got me $ 1400 more value on my older car than even Carmax offered. They did all the wheeling and dealing for me and I am happy with the outcome!
I highly recommend this business and will definitely come back for future purchases.
