I have been using this service weekly for my three bedroom home in Silverlake for a year now. He also helped me reorganize my basement and do a heavy clean out when I moved out of my house in Larchmont.
James is amazing, trustworthy and is a great communicator on top of being a thorough and conscientious housekeeper. He is fast at responding to my texts, always lets me know about special areas that might need attention so I can option to request focus and tackles any requests with ease and pleasure.
Bringing all their own equipment and supplies (vacuum, broom, tile, toilet, floor and counter cleaner +++) is a big plus and savings! I never need to remember to get anything at the market in that aisle again! I must note they also happen to be my preferred brands (like MEYERs).
He has a cheerful attitude, does my laundry, makes my bed look so pretty, is sweet to my dogs, does windows really well… and he respects your privacy. He has my keys and I’d never think twice about questioning anything as far as trust. I have had bad experiences in the past with people breaking items and not telling me — not him, or putting items away in the others places and never with James.
He did my fridge this week and it was a bottle of Dom short of being worthy of MTV’s ‘Cribs’.
I have recommended him to friends who equally have loved his work.
