I hate that the workers use all the washers when they see the place is super busy, the night lady is extremely rude, and the washers smell like some type of mildew. I won’t come back here again just because this place just doesn’t seem to be all them at clean, and the customer service here completely sucks.

LOVE LOVE LOVE. Always clean &/​happy people. Least crowded early in the morning on weekends or afternoons before 2 during the week.

I would give this place ZERO stars, but Unilocal requires at least «1» star!!!
Although the staff is friendly the owner is a complete idiot with no sense of customer service. The machine I used didn’t work and instead of refunding me my $ 2.50 so I could use one that would he blamed me and yelled at me over the phone. Bad business practice. His unwillingness to refund my $ 2.50 just cost him a long time customer. I feel sorry for his staff. If he treats paying customers like this, I can only imagine how he treats his staff.
