I wish I could give zero star (s). These guys are slow as fuk. And non responsive.
I am a homeowner at Elkwood Terrace, and have been going back and forth by emails for three months to get a Termite issue resolved. Still waiting for a contractor appointment…
Writing this at 4 am thanks to a couple of super noisy AC units on my roof. Been waiting on Michelle to respond to my emails to unlock the roof for inspection or assist resolving this issue for over a month.
Will? Care to give me a call? Maybe Michelle is slacking off. Richard Naddaf.

Only not to resolve my issue but asked me to take it down since I didn’t have a «right» to write a review since I’m not a current homeowner of property his company is managing. God forbid I was a potential business inquiry for his company.
So to clarify — this is a review on the business as a non-​homeowner of an association.
I could go into great detail of how unprofessional my phone call was with Will and the basis of this argument was this Unilocal review and how he was less willing to help me because of it or even skirted around a reason for unanswered emails from August but I’m done with this unprofessional type of conduct.

I am on the Board of my condominium HOA and have had only positive experiences with William Reimbold of SFV Management. He is prompt with his responses, professional, and very organized. His rate is reasonable and he came highly recommended by someone who is the President of her HOA Board and has worked with Will for years, before he started his own company. I recommend him as well.

As a homeowner in an HOA, I know that Will Reimbold is knowledgeable and does the right thing. He knows how HOAs run and the do;s and don’ts that come along. I trust his guidance and professionalism.

This management company is such a change from other HOA management companies. Will Reimbold provides clear information on the finances, knows a lot about the rules regulating HOAs, and provides great advice on how to run things better. I definitely recommend this business!

Upon taking over management of our property, SFV immediately assessed our needs and began suggesting ways that we could improve our association (including an increase in our insurance and correcting problems with our corporation which our prior management company failed to address). As president of our HOA I have worked with several managers at different companies. While HOA board president is a tough job, the manager of the building has an even more trying one.
