Established in 1970.

Rothman Accountancy Corporation was established in 1970s. In 2014, it merged with Javaheri & Associates which was established in 2012. The new firm was named Rothman & Javaheri CPAs.

Sohail Jerry J.

Business Owner

Sohail has been in the public accounting field since 2000. Sohail specializes in a variety of solutions including tax planning, tax preparation, IRS representation, tax audits, business consulting, financial planning, and accounting consulting. He uses his expertise to achieve his clients’ goals. Sohail’s industry experience includes real estate, manufacturing, distributing, non-​profits, entertainment, and service industries.

Mr. Javaheri received his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from California State University, Northridge where he graduated with honors. He later obtained his Masters in Taxation from Golden Gate University. He is a member of California Society of CPAs.
