Long story short, i went to Quintanilla law firm because i had a case whit another lawyer that his only response towards my case was, lets wait. So i found Edgardo Quintanilla and i paid his 80 dlls so he could hear my case, he gave me false hope telling me we needed to start everything from the beginning so i paid him 1200 dlls for my criminal records, once he had that he told me that he would charge me an extra 1800 dlls which i paid in full.
His words where you apply for a recapture date from when your dad applied for his status, so im going to charge u 1800 dlls to go to your immigration appointment and do all that and your paperwork. so i paid 1800 dlls.
Immigration denied the recaptured date, so he sets an appointment with me once again. Now he tells me i can apply for a pardon here in the US and stay with my priority date which is another year, and once immigration approves my case head to el salvador for my papers, and he would charge me an extra 3400 dlls, which in that moment i didnt have the money to pay him, so i saved it up, and walk to his office wich in this case i had called his assistant like 5 times prior to new years eve, she never returned the call so i walk in. While there i was asked if i had an appointment which of course i didn’t, but i tell them im here to pay for the new case and guess what suddenly lawyer quintanilla was available, so i explained i had been calling for several days and he calls Jenny into the office to confront me with her, i explained if someone would have called me and explained me what was going to be the next steps i would not have been there. So he says anyways this is your new option, submit a pardon in el salvador and wait up to 9 month if not more in el salvador when im the only income for my family here lol. He explained this is the only solution as where i asked him if he knew this from the beginning and he acknowledges, so my question was then why didnt he tell me this from the beginning so that i would not have given him a penny. His answer i dont know what immigration thinks and i can not guarantee the results, LOL.
So i tell him i do Air conditioning and that if I install a central air I have to make sure it works. I can’t be guessing LOL.
Then he shouldnt be in this business stealing peoples money.
