Wow these guys made my moving experience sooooo amazing and easy. I was moving from San Francisco Bay Area to Los Angeles and these guys helped me out. They are so professional and careful with all the items they move. Alex is very helpful and explains really well on how everything goes on from prices to how items are gonna be safely wrapped. I would recommend these guys to do your move. Motivated guys.

Our office moved from downtown LA to a new location in El Segundo, on July 30, 2015. I personally searched for and reviewed several (professional) moving companies but none were as professional, honest, «specific» and informative as this company. When I called this company, I spoke with Alex who (if memory serves) is the manager.
Prior to the move, Alex scheduled a visit to our office to assess and evaluate what it would take to move us to our new location. After a quick and thorough walk-​thru/​assessment, I received a VERY attractive estimate, followed by confirmation of the date and time of the move.
When the lead mover/​Supervisor, Robert and his team showed up the morning of the move, they were extremely prepared and had GREAT attitudes, which isn’t often the case with most movers. Robert handled the move (including his crew) with ease and efficiency! It was flawless!
Once the move was complete, Robert and I sat down to settle payment. I swear it was like working with a good friend. The level of attention to detail and care that he provided, in my experience, is unmatched. I HATE MOVING, both personally and professionally, but Professional Relocating Movers made it easy and painless.
Suffice it to say that I will definitely be using their services for my own personal move to a new home, this summer!!!

This company saved my life (and my back)! My initial moving company bailed on my boyfriend and I at the last minute so I was desperately calling companies for last minute help. I had a fiasco with a pod that wasn’t big enough. We called Alex with Professional Relocaters at the last minute. They happen to have an empty truck going from SLC, UT to Southern California. Alex kept in touch the entire time, he was very nice and absolutely professional. They arrived our moving day and loaded a 2 bedroom house in like 40 minutes or less. I’m so very happy with the excellent service received! They are reasonably priced and just so super nice!

We recently used PR MOVERS to move us into our new apartment and I must admit they made the hassle and drag of moving an ease. From the very first email inquiry on their cool website to the last box that was moved out of the the truck, PR Movers we’re professional and courteous! If you’re looking for a great deal, professional movers that move quickly & efficiently and don’t damage any furniture, look no further. PR Movers is the best moving company in Los angeles. My hats off to Alex, Robert and the entire crew!

Today we had Robert, (lead dude) Jonathan, Jeremy, and Antonio move us from a home we had lived in for the last 15 years. OMG so much stuff! Throughout the day they had a great attitude and worked like demons! After the packing when we arrived at the new house and didn’t know exactly where we wanted everything to be placed, they were extremely accommodating as we moved furniture pieces from one room to the other, one wall to the other, etc. They even helped us move our potted plants to be placed in the backyard of the new house. They showed up on the time that was promised, and stayed until the job was done. It was a long and tiring day but I can’t thank these guys enough. They always had a positive attitude. We would highly recommend using this team again. Here is a fun picture of the crew.

The experience with Professional Relocating Movers has been an extremely positive experience! Robert, who ran the entire move was so very helpful and treated our belongings like they were his own. We used this mover to unload a 15′ UHAUL truck up to a fourth floor apartment. They showed up on-​time and got everything moved as efficiently as possible.

unfortunately, i had a horrible experience. i booked my move with alex who gave me a quote of $ 135/​hour …he failed to mention that if i paid cash, the cost per hour would be about $ 40 less but he definitely convinced me that if i booked 4 movers instead of 3, i would «save A LOT of time»…c’mon bruh. i was supposed to be emailed a confirmation along with «all the details» for my move. i never received it. i called to get details and let alex know i hadn’t received the email and to please resend… i never received it.
so i’m 5’7″ 135lbs… when i met my movers at the storage unit, 3 of the 4 young, male children (not men) were shorter and skinnier than me and they looked fresh outta class… history class… high school. don’t get me wrong, 2 of the 4 kids were hard workers… shout out to dustin and brian, but regardless, i knew this was going to be a long day.
i went to run some errands and came back a couple hours later… not a damn thing was loaded into the truck. they had items strewn down the whole hallway of the storage facility… music bumping from someone’s cell phone and they were moving as fast as my grandma esther (that’s her real name). there was a lot of standing around. they were very unorganized and extremely unprofessional. apparently, they were impressed by some shoes and framed jerseys, so they took it upon themselves to move even slower so they could ask 20 questions about what we do and how we got all these shoes and how we got all these jerseys. i started moving shit outside and into the truck myself so i think they got the point that i wasn’t happy with the pace.
…or maybe they didn’t. when we arrived at the house to unload, there was a little bit of dancing (not with me), some shit-​talking (not to/​from me), and 2 of the children got into a debate about whether my elliptical was powered my electricity or not… then the child who was supposed to be in charge (he had a clipboard) proceeded to GET. ON. THE. ELLIPTICAL and start peddling! as a piece of the elliptical goes flying into the air, i finally asked, «man can y’all just worry about getting this shit off the truck?!»
as all 4 children gathered to get the elliptical upstairs, they left A LOT of black marks on the white wall… shout out to mr. clean magic erasers… he got most of the marks out. –_​– when clipboard dude realized i was paying with a credit card he informed me that it would only be $ 90-​something/​hour if i paid cash. ME: «WHAT? alex never told me that!» HIM: it was in the email. ME: «i never received it.»
7.5 hours later, the kids were done. i tipped austin and brian more than the other 2… they deserved it. i honestly shouldn’t have even tipped that other 2 dudes but i don’t really get down like that. i stayed at a hotel that night because utilities weren’t cut on at the new house yet. then i got the call… the kid with the clipboard, remember him? well he left 2 of their dollies in my garage and needed to go back and get them because if their boss (alex) found out, it would be trouble *heavy sigh* …it was 100 degrees that day and i was exhausted. 2 of the kids come to my hotel and i trusted them with my garage door opener so they can get their dollies. i was nervous having strangers with my stuff and not being there but i was done for… exhaustion had set in. fast forward to today… i just got a call from good ol’ alex. they charged someone else’s card for my move. they just noticed the error… 4 weeks later.
…needless to say, it was the roughest move i’ve ever been through and my lucky ass husband was out of town on business *side eye*

My appt time was 0830. They arrived at 850. I guess they like sleeping in on Saturdays too. Not a big deal AT ALL!
So I used PRM today for my Sherman oaks move. These two guys were so professional from the time they started till the time they left. They worked fast and took care of my personal property. You could tell they get along with each other well just on the conversations they were having while working. I noticed one small ding (size of a m&m) on the front door. I am sure it happen when they moved the fridge through the front door, which I’ll have to have repair. (always paint after movers).
I also noticed one minor scratch on my dresser, but that comes with moving big/​heavy furniture. I’m sure it will come off.
I’m sure both damages were an honest mistake, but I wish they told me when it happen and I didn’t have to discover it myself.
All in all, PRM was a good experience. They have the best price in the valley ($ 50.00 an hour. 3 hour min. $ 20.00 fuel charge). They were done in 2 ½ hours. I called several places before making my final decision and they have the best price/​reviews in the Sherman Oaks area.
I would REFER them to anyone.

What a great job! These guys came earlier than expected and did a great job helping me relocate to San Diego. They were vet nice, funny and very very careful with my things, which included a really expensive tv that I just bought and had no box. There was not one complaint, even though we got stuck in traffic. They were also surprisingly quick. The rate I got to move cities was also a bargain! Felt very happy with the job these guys did. I would highly recommend having them for moving. No frills, no fancy stuff, just great movers!

AWESOME SERVICE! Normally don’t write reviews, but it has been a two-​year process to relocate. I needed to hire a mover to downsize from my home to storage and then relocate to a new place. I discovered a moving company who cares! Met my expectations and requests, making moving a smooth transition. Alex and his team were there making sure everything went according to plan and on time! Absolutely couldn’t be more pleased. I was referred to PRM by a co-​worker who had been very pleased with their service, and she couldn’t have given me a better company to work with. Three VERY hard working men showed up to help me move, had VERY positive attitudes, and were a tremendous help (they were also just all-​around nice guys). Alex’ estimation of my costs was spot-​on, regardless I believe there was more to move than he expected and that the place I moved into had a VERY tiny elevator and meant that basically everything had to be carried up stairs to the third floor. They had all the equipment they needed, all the packing materials required. Standing in my new apartment later in the day with everything done was amazingly cool. Highly recommended — you can’t go wrong selecting PRM!!!
Just wanted to give a shout-​out to my crew: Dale (the foreman, who was organized and kept me well-​informed of their progress), Edwin and Arsen (who tirelessly, ceaselessly kept moving and hoisting my overly-​heavy stuff (I’m not the best packer, OK!?). It was Arsen’s first day on the job and he was terrific (though he may have thought he’d bitten off more than he could chew!). Very nice guys. Everything was packed extremely well and they were very careful with the things that I value as «precious.»

We used their service in August 2013 to move our 1 bdr apartment, to another location, just 2 miles away. They were very slow, carrying 2 small boxes at the time, not using a dolly. They were very disorganized, it took them a long time to pack the truck, even though it was far from full, they just packed up the stuff without taking care of our property (lots of damages). We even had to carry half the stuff to keep them moving and on task.
Pros: they were nice, polite guys

This was my second time in the last 6 months using PR movers. They were professional, hard working, very respectful and knew how to do their job correctly. They took great care in asking questions, clarifying where we wanted items to go, and efficiently loaded and unloaded our items.
When we move again, we’ll use them for sure.

I recently had Alex’s team move all of my possessions in my 2BR apt into a storage unit. I don’t normally give negative reviews, but my experience wasn’t great. YMMV.
My credentials:
I have been professionally moved 6 times, where my possessions have travelled across country, as well as locally. During these moves, I personally witnessed the movers perform their moving duties, including moving heavy furniture and equipment. I have also performed numerous DITY (do it yourself) moves.
Estimate:
Alex visited my apartment and personally provided me with a written estimate. Alex himself was very polite, professional, and easy to converse with. I have nothing negative to say about him, except for the fact that he needs to do a better job in hiring his workers, and perhaps his estimating skills need improvement.
Movers:
The workers (except for Edwin) were in my opinion lazy, disorganized, slow, and incompetent when it came to giving direction. I chose PRM because they gave me the lowest written estimate, and the Unilocal reviews were positive. However, my actual price was way above PRM’s original estimate and was in line with other moving companies’ quotes.
The discrepancy in price (a major factor when determining what moving company to use) was due to the fact that the movers were lazy and disorganized. Many times, a mover would walk out of the house carrying nothing, but just tagging behind another guy who was carrying something small, like a chair. The movers got to my place an hour late, and what was supposed to be only a 5 – 6 hour move turned into a 12 hour move. They did not have a sense of urgency, bickered openly in front of each other, and dropped boxes from time to time.
The Drive to Storage:
Because of their lethargic behavior, and their tardy arrival to my apartment, I was now in danger of being locked out of my storage unit, because the gate closed at 6:45pm. I told the movers the directions to the storage unit, and told them what interstate to take (I10E), and which one to avoid (405S). They didn’t listen. As I drove separately, they called me 3 times to ask for directions, after they had gotten on 405S after taking a snack break. I had to give them directions each time they called, because the mover could not remember the simple directions, and could not remember what exit to get off at (no matter how many times I told him). The movers did not come prepared with the address, a map, or a GPS system, and relied only on me.
I called Alex and informed him of this latest complication, and he told me he would make sure they would get to the storage unit on time. They didn’t. They drove right by the unit, because they could not comprehend simple navigational direction, even though I had given them the exact address.
Unloading into storage:
Alex had convinced the storage unit to let the truck in, even though the gate had locked us out (as it was now after hours), so we were able to access my storage unit. However, by now it was 7pm and darkness was falling. The storage unit had no light, and the movers were not prepared with a flashlight, so I had to shine my iPhone into the storage unit for the next two hours while they attempted to unload. When my phone’s battery ran out, it was pitch black and pretty much impossible to see anything, making the unloading process cumbersome and sloppy.
Conclusion:
The entire move took approximately 12 hours, and cost the amount most other movers had already quoted me. However, if I had gone with another mover, I would not have had to deal with the headache of having the movers show up late, being unprofessional in the moving of my heavy furniture, and causing me a great deal of stress that the storage unit would lock me out due to their tardiness. FInally, I did not like having to be involved in a move until 10:30 p.m. The whole reason I paid movers was because I was tired of DITY moves and wanted to relax. This was anything but relaxing.
If you want a smooth, painless move, then I suggest you look elsewhere, unless Alex promises you that he won’t give you the movers I received. This won’t come as any surprise to Alex, because he apologized for his worker’s incompetence on the day of the move. I appreciate his apology, but that did not change my moving experience.

Hired them to move my 1 br from Shreman Oaks to Ontario. They were:
1. Punctual
2. Efficient
3. All the furniture was well-​handled and protected.
4. Competitive rate
There’s really nothing that I can complaint. I recommend them to anyone needs to move.

Awesome attention to detail, communication, and all around service. There were a couple to touchy details (as often there are with move), that Alex took care of without issue, cost increase, or false promise. I have moved many times in my life and always with a different moving company. My first and only call going forward is going to be to Alex. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

Alex and Co. were absolutely fantastic. They arrived early and got straight to work. they were extremely professional and courteous. They were fun to deal with and had all the tools handy to get everything I needed into my new place. If you are moving, these guys are the only ones to use A++++ rating look no further.

I have a really large bed that wouldnt even fit in the elevator to my building, in fact, when the company delivered it they actually carried it up six flights of stairs. Alex took the bed apart using special tools that he just had and then put it back together after the move. This moving company is very flexible and efficient and i will def be calling them for all my moving needs. customer service A++
