Tressa Pope was terrific! A friend recommended PrimeLending after he bought his first place a few months ago in Sherman Oaks. I reached out to PrimeLending and started working with Tressa. Being a first time home buyer was scary but Tressa took out all of the fear and answered every question or concern I had right away. Even on the weekends, she was incredible. Tressa explained what I could expect, gave realistic time frames and walked me through the entire process. I honestly couldn’t be happier! I’m going to get the keys to my place today and Tressa is still following up, she really cares!

Sarah was incredible. As first time home buyers, we needed a lot of help and extra time with understanding all the terms, paperwork, etc. Sarah never hesitated and took the time to make sure we understood everything. Artin was absolutely on point and amazing. Purchasing a home is stressful for many reasons; financing (qualifying, down payment, loan rates, closing costs) being one of the biggest. Artin made this part of the process easy and completely transparent. He also took the time to explain the costs of the transaction (in my case, a few times ;)) by providing an easy to understand spreadsheet that accurately listed all the closing costs and other expenses associated with purchase. The spreadsheet was also set up with 3 different scenarios where I could vary the down payment and loan rate to see how the numbers changed helping me shape the finacning approach that worked best for me (Down payment, alt loan, varying interest rates, etc.).
He is clear, up front, diligent and brings a very calming presence to the whole process. I also shopped around for rates and he was front line competitive and the fact that he is a direct underwriter doesn’t hurt either.
If you value competence, professionalism, reliability and person who really cares about his client, then Artin is your guy.

Artin assisted me with the refinance of our house in November
2014. The refinance resulted in lowering our current interest
rate and was done in record time.
I was really impressed with the way Artin handled the refinance
and even recommended him to a friend who was in the process of
purchasing their first home. Needless to say Artin was also
able to help my friend with their home purchase and my friend
and his family moved in to their new home before Christmas 2014.
I also appreciated the way Artin answered all my questions
during the refinance process and he even went out of his way
to personally drop off a change of deed request at the county
registrar’s office because the escrow company forgot to do it.

1. My family was shocked to find that he was able to close our loan in less than 3 weeks. Trust me thats fast
2. We had alot of times where we had scheduling conflicts and were really impressed by how Artin helped work with us offsite by helping us do our paperwork remotely and quickly. We were very impressed by how high tech his office was.
3. Our experience with him was that he was very quick to answer or respond to any small questions anyone had and we would go so far as to say we couldn’t have got this
amazing home during the bidding process if it wasn’t for his fast responses to the questions the sellers were asking. He helped reassure the sellers of our home of how well put together we were.
