I ordered my wedding invitations from Presence recently and I am so glad I did. When I first started looking Presence was one of the first places I started looking at. I was completely clueless on what I was looking for. Amanda was super patient and friendly. Amanda helped me narrow down some choices and even made a mock-​up sample since I had trouble visualizing options. We wanted something unique and Amanda offered to make a custom invitation. Amanda was so easy to communicate with, both on the phone and through email. She helped my fiancé and I create an invitation that we were excited about. They came out so gorgeous and we have gotten so many compliments on our invitations. I couldn’t be happier and had an awesome experience working with Amanda. I want to have another big event just so I can work with them again. You won’t be disappointed if you go to Presence!

Absolutely beautiful gifts for anyone and everyone. Presence is now my first stop for when I am in need of a birthday present. Male or female, they have a classy sophisticated collection. Very helpful and knowledgeable employees as well.

BEST wedding invitation makers EVER! Weddings are expensive and personal and you want everything to be perfect. Everyone was so sweet, professional, patient, creative and communicative. My wedding invitations came out more beautifully than I could have imagined and Presence helped me keep my stress at bay.

I came here with a friend to look at wedding invitations. This was her first time out. The store was very cute, and clean. There were three of us and two chairs. I saw there were chairs and stools behind the counter and in the office which were not being used. Not one of the three ladies working offered us an extra chair. The girl that helped us was very nice, but I think inexperienced. She kept having to ask questions and confirming things with another worker, the worker would answer her questions, but DAMN FELICIA could you just come over and help us??? She wasn’t even doing work, she was browsing a magazine. No one asked us where the wedding was or what feel they were going for or of there was a theme. No budget or price point was talked about. At the end of about an hour of looking through a few books we were ready to leave. The worker I THINK was trying to salvage the situation and told us «WE HAVE THINGS THAT ARE CHEAPER THAT I COULD SHOW YOU» whhhattttt theeeee??? WHO SAID WE NEEDED CHEAPER!!! That was so offensive that I would never think about going back there. How rude of someone to assume that we are looking for something cheaper or can’t afford the options when they didn’t even ask what the budget was. It was affordable, and we didn’t need cheaper… we just needed someone that knew what they were talking about. SMH. This Bridal Party is filled with a bunch of planners. I cant imagine how lost a bride would be if she walked in blind. Good luck girls.
side note, I don’t know if there was parking in the back. We used metered parking on the street.

I love this store! I helped plan my son’s wedding in June and all of my «stationery» needs were met! I first had help from Amanda selecting and ordering invitations, menus, thank you notes and etched water bottles. She was fantastic to work with. I then added place cards and a table chart — Joy and Kristin — the «artists» were also amazing. I had multiple changes and requests (with everything) and they were NEVER flustered or anything but positive and helpful. I even had a few changes the day of the wedding and they were great!
In the midst of all of my wedding planning, I planned a graduation luncheon for my daughter — Kristin designed and executed a beautiful invitation — my daughter LOVED it! It was exactly what she wanted. On top of these 3 amazing women, the store is filled with lots of fun and unusual gift items and cards. I NEVER left the store without finding and buying something I just had to have! I HIGHLY recommend Presence!

My first time in the shop today! And, found what we had been searching for — a small guestbook that can also work to put pictures and sentiments in. Best part — the salesperson (who was extremely helpful and sweet) offered to personalize it for my daughter’s HS graduation and that was done the SAME day. GREAT! Lots of beautiful things — cards, hostess gifts, & stationary. We will SURELY return!

Its Friday afternoon, I’m driving down the road, and in the back of my mind I am thinking about the vows I must write for my wedding on Sunday. I saw the store on the street and decided to take a chance and walk in. My fiancé and I will be exchanging vows privately before the ceremony on camera. Kristin and Joy helped me and I gave them full creative control. I emailed them my vows and they created a message in a bottle with the color theme of my wedding. The presentation was so unique that I was just in a mild shock. They are very creative here and I think I walked into an unbelievable bastion of brilliance and creativity, in an otherwise calamitous world. THANK YOU KRISTEN AND JOY! I couldn’t have asked for more! You have created a lifetime customer out of me…

This is truly my «go-​to» shop for many gifts. Whether or not I know what I want before I get there, I always find the perfect thing. They have gorgeous housewares as well as small, meaningful trinkets. I also love their selection of unique yet simple jewelry. The store feels very calm and is merchandised beautifully. You can tell they really put thought into the presentation of their store. A super plus is that they carry the S’well water bottles in many designs and sizes. Its very difficult to find them in actual stores as opposed the the website.
The women who run the store are so helpful and always remember me. I can give them any price point and they always send me in the right direction.

This store was perfect! I came in looking for a present for my mom’s birthday and everyone there was so helpful! They welcomed me the second I walked in the door, helped me find what I was looking for, and my mom loved the gift! Definitely would shop here again!

If you have an idea of what you want, but not sure about all the details??? Presence has a large selection of books to choose from, plus a very knowledgable staff. There is a graphic designer on the premises who is very talented and creative to help also.
I can’t say enough nice things about this beautiful store and the owner.

I typically hate giving one star reviews, and try to find something good everywhere I go, but this experience was exceptionally rude.
The young woman working here probably hated her life for working a retail job in an empty wedding invitation store bec she clearly had a stick shoved up somewhere in her body.
I came in with my fiancé and we asked a few questions. First it took her 5m to even address us (even though we walked in and said hi right away) bec what she was doing was clearly more important.
When she finally made time to answer our questions (we were the only people in the store) she asked us what our wedding invitation budget was. After we told her she stated laughing and said «that’s cute, you’ll never find anything $ 4 per invite.

They really do have the cutest stuff here! A little modern, a little chic, all things gifty with so much presence! ;) Smells deelish in there. If you cant find a gift for someone here, you cant find it anywhere else!

The best thing about this business is the customer service! A few months ago I came desperately, searching for a specific gift I had seen on TV, «The Giving Key». The other stores I had been to weren’t very helpful and actually quite off putting. They promptly answered my email inquiry an apologized for taking so long getting back to me. Realistically, I thought it would take a few hours, it didn’t. Finally, I called and spoke with Linda and she was very helpful. She was even willing to put aside whichever key I was looking for until I had a chance to get to the store. When I got there later that day, she helped me out and answered all my questions.
I totally lucked out and Sherman Oaks and Presence has become my go to gift store.

I am so happy that I found Presence! Linda and her staff designed business cards for me that are both professional and stylish. I was also able to purchase several hostess gifts at a reasonable price! I LOVE this store!
