Spartak Hovakimyan began his real estate career as a Broker’s Assistant at William J. Haverly and Associates. In 2006, he later joined Fidelity Real Estate Group in Glendale where was recognized as a Top Producer and a distinguished member of the «Young Professionals Group» within the firm.

With understanding of the economic market shift and changes, Spartak has since become a Certified Short Sale Specialist having closed over 60 Short Sale transactions within the past 3 years. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in both Finance and Real Estate from California State University of Northridge. Having a Finance degree and experience as a Loan Officer, he is able to provide his clients with unparalleled knowledge, service and expertise.

Spartak works with integrity and enthusiasm and loves his profession! He is energetic and always soliciting fresh ideas and new ways of approach to real estate and servicing his clients.
