I am extremely excited to announce the opening of the Law Office of Christopher E. Delaplane. After gaining years of experience from my outstanding mentors at the Carlson Law Group, Inc., I am delighted to now serve clients in my own law practice. My practice focuses primarily on real estate law, civil litigation, business and corporate law, estate planning and risk management. My goal is to continue to provide clients with high quality legal representation and personal service tailored to their needs, objectives and values, and to serve with sincerity and integrity.

Upon graduating law school, Chris joined Carlson Law Group — one of the leading real estate broker defense firms in the State of California. As an associate, he specialized in real estate litigation, including but not limited to, the defense of real estate agents and brokers in professional negligence cases; real estate transaction disputes, and landlord tenant matters. Additionally, he also handled transactional matters, including the drafting and review of real estate documents (purchase agreements, leases, etc.), preparation of corporate documents, and preparations of responses to complaints with the Bureau of Real Estate (formerly Department of Real Estate). Due to his experience as a real estate broker, Chris regularly assisted hundreds of real estate brokers and agents through the firm’s risk management program for two of the largest errors and omissions insurance carriers in California.
