We bought an automatic garage from them and everything was great.
A few months later, it broke down. We called Ben for almost a week, and left many messages until he answered. He then came, fixed the gate and charged us for it. we didn’t think much of it.
The gate broke again. we called him and left many messages, and he hasn’t responded to any of them. Extremely unprofessional.

I called them and Ben came over promptly the same day to give an estimate for the garage door. He also sent me a written estimate a few hours later via email. He did not try to up sell me. Last week, Thursday, his crew came to change the garage door. They arrived right on time and changed the garage door efficiently and took the old door and cleaned up the area before they left. The manufacturer had sent a different door (a more expensive door) then the one we had agreed upon. So I called Ben to see how much more it would be? He said he would call me back in a few minutes. He called back and said he hadn’t been charged extra for the door by the manufacturer and he would not charge me extra. I appreciated his honesty! The garage door looks beautiful! I would highly recommend Ben and his crew.

I think the toughest tradespeople to locate are honest plumbers… You can’t tell what is happening since most of it is underground. Of course you can look at a camera view but the dim lighting allows them to tell you anything and it is hard to refute. So I continue my searches for reliable businesses for plumbing, electrical, and even garage doors. Well, I found my answer yesterday at least in terms of garage door repairs. I awoke yesterday to a door that would not open. I could see the screws at the lift point had come loose. I called Image Garage Doors based on the Unilocal reviews. Ben advised about the upfront cost even if it was just replacing screws and I asked that he come out and check it anyway.
Upon inspection Ben saw the problem and noted he could try an adjustment but noted the wooden door was very difficult to raise manually. He attributed that to the overhead springs indicating they were fatigued by age (much like me). He indicated that newer springs would allow the door to be raised manually with relative ease. I authorized the replacement springs and in short order the job was completed. It turned out he was absolutely correct. The door is manually lifted with relative ease. He also tightened several of the sectional hinges and generally just made the door almost as good as new. I am now a very satisfied customer…

Just today I needed help with a sliding garage gate at an apartment building I manage. Checked Unilocal,called Image, and Ben was there in an hour! A couple of weeks ago I called image garage door and immediately got Ben, the owner on the phone. He scheduled an appointment and showed up to my home one hour later. I’ll keep it short, I am completely satisfied. One of my 2 garage door springs broke. Ben answered the morning I called, suggested I should not use the door any more than necessary as it creates a strain on the opener’s chain. He was available late that same day, gave a price over the phone that he stuck to, didn’t try to sell me anything beyond the quoted price, and did a few above and beyond things to the door as well. It is very nice to see there are still good and honest people out there.

I found this company on Unilocal and google and when I called and the technician was actually able to come right away, I was actually stuck with my car in a garage and couldn’t go to pick up my kids from school!
Ben the technician came and fix it pretty fast and didn’t charge me crazy price like other company tried over the phone.
He explain and gave me the price upfront so I can choose if to do it or not, which was nice.
Will definitely refer my friend and family!
