Never coming back! I came in for spa pedicure. Their spa seats are broken, the water coming out of the faucet was cold and coming out so slowly that the lady doing the pedi kept walking to the back to fill basins with warm water. She then would come back and dump the water into the bowl. Speaking of the bowl, it was dirty. There were several strands of hair and looked like some dead skin that was floating before I can even put my feet in. Because the water was coming out at a trickle, she couldn’t rinse off the callous removal chemical. By the way, you will note that the controls on the spa seats are broken and most features either don’t function at all or don’t function properly. Also, the controls are wrapped in fraying electrical tape.
The owner was seated at the front the entire time. Nobody asked me if I enjoyed the experience. I can only imagine that they really don’t want to risk hearing an answer!

After my original post appeared I got a call from the owner. He apologized for not connecting with me sooner. He told me that he had not been informed of the accident and then offered to comp me a trip to the salon. When I could I went back to that salon and sure enough my manicure and pedicure were comped. The new receptionists are friendly and helpful. The consistency of the service varies according to who is doing the work. The prices although a tad high are compatible to other nail salons in the Sherman Oaks area… the parking lot is huge but because of my horrific experience I would suggest that you park on the street.

This place is a joke. Me and my roommate walked in one night about an hour and a half before closing. There were 2 customers in there and about 4 technicians sitting around doing nothing. When we walked in we were not greeted as a matter of fact no one said anything but stared at us blankly. They have a receptionist who also did not greet us and just stared at us. Finally we walked up to the front desk and she STILL said nothing, no «how can I help you?», nothing. I asked if we could get two pedicures and she just sat there with an annoyed look on her face and just responded with a «choose your color». Why have a front desk person if they’re not going to do their job? I can’t speak on the actual quality of the work as we ended up leaving due to the attitudes. When I go pay for a service such as this I go wanting to relax after a long day of also working in the service industry. I know how things work and I know how you should treat clients & I will not give my hard earned money to people who look annoyed while doing their JOB. No thanks.

I love this place! I, randomly, walked in today for a pedicure had to be done right away because I needed to meet someone for lunch. This was the second nail salon I went to because the first one couldn’t accommodate me right away due to not having enough staff. Upon arriving, I went to the desk very hopeful to be accommodated. I was told by the receptionist that there was no one available at this time and will have to wait 10 – 15 minutes. I was going to leave until the manager/​owner saved the day by looking through the staff and found someone who’s supposed to do someone else’s nails by appointment but hasn’t arrived yet. Since I just wanted to get a quick pedicure, they accommodated me, while waiting for the person with an appointment to arrive. So awesome!
I was very happy with the service. What I loved about this place too is that they use good quality nail polishes (e.g O.P.I) and with many colors arrayed to choose from. I was offered a drink as I sat down. Good Service!
The salon itself is very bright and spacious with a lot of tables and chairs so they could accommodate as many customers as possible. What’s also cool about this place is that by the counter, there are stools and I thought that it’s for those who are waiting for their turn, only to find out that there are built in UV lights in the counter for Gel nail polish. I didn’t park at the building’s lot but they do validate parking tickets.
My only recommendation is that it would be more awesome if they have massage chairs like a lot of good nail salons. Nevertheless, I would come back here definitely!

I have mixed review here. Unfortunately the place is inconsistent. I made an appointment and not only did it not follow through but the front desk tried to put me with someone who messed up nails on my last visit where they had to fix it. I don’t know what’s going on here. There’s reason why people make appointments and if they can’t follow through they should notify us so we aren’t late for other reservations or we can go elsewhere. I’m disappointed. Initially guy friend who frequents the place referred me here and I decided to try out the place by myself now and it’s just been not such a good experience anymore. Maybe I need to bring my friend so they can get my appointments straight.

Horrible… my friend and I walked in and were not greeted so we went up to where the reception desk is and the receptionist just stared at us so we introduced ourselves and asked for 2 pedicures. She looked very annoyed by us and wrote our names down. We felt very uncomfortable and unwanted so we took our business elsewhere. I would not recommend this place whatsoever. They are rude.

What a joke. I come in ask if they have a patching gel and polish combo. They say yes. They get started and can’t find an exact color. I’m so pissed. I would never recommend this place. I was charged 17 bucks to get my nail polish removed and Cuticles cut. They even did a shitty job doing that. Never coming back here ever again.

Friendly staff, ALL technicians are nice and amazing. They always accommodate customers in the best way! Best nail salon in los angeles!

I have been coming here for a few years now and its the only place i go to my pedicures! I don’t get manicures often, but when i need one this is where i come. The place is kept really clean, lots of natural light, and i’ve never once been overwhelmed by the smell of nail polish upon walking in. I know walk ins are welcome, but i have always made an appointment a couple days in advance. It is rare that i’ve had to wait more than a few min and the ladies at the front desk are nice and helpful. Karen is wonderful!!! She’s sweet, personable and does a great job on my nails. I only wish that the chairs were more comfortable… that’s really the only downside to coming here.
I highly recommend it!

Snow and Jamie are terrific. I just discovered gel nails and they did such a beautiful job. Really, really friendly too.

This place is really nice. It’s big, and comfortable. They offer me a soda or water every time I’m there, and make me feel right at home. I usually make an appointment, but in the rare occasions I don’t, it’s big enough that someone is usually available to take me quickly. I have no preference for a technician, as they are all good. Fortunately, it’s around the block from my house, so that makes it nice too. Big parking lot in the back with validated parking. an extra bonus.

I’ve been coming here for over 8 years now and I have had great experiences with all the ladies and gents at this location. All know me and all are super kind and friendly. Reasonably priced and they have OPI nail colors. Convenient hours and great parking!

I work right down the street from here and I figured why not give it a try. (I haven’t been able to find a good place since I moved) the atmosphere is extremely inviting, it has a big, open and spacious floor plan. Personally, I hate being cramped with a bunch of stations super close together to the point where your back is practically touching the woman behind you. They offer you coffee and water when you come in– which is a very nice touch.
I get pink and white acrylics and it’s hard to find someone that adjusts to your specific nails and doesn’t try and do everyone the same. (I have TINY nail beds). My nails generally last about 3 weeks before I have issues with them popping off. I use my hands all day at work, so this is quite impressive.
I had a small issue my first time there. I requested pink and white and the woman who did my nails misunderstood and did standard acrylics, so I had to do a nail polish color. I was not happy, as I work in a professional environment having pink and white is more appropriate. The owner handled it in the BEST WAY. (Which is why I keep coming back). He acknowledged the mistake, apologized profusely, and did not charge me at all for the services. I am a manager in a customer service based job and I give him a HUGE A+. This is how you create a happy, loyal group of customers.
Myself and my employees frequently visit here and I have nothing but positive things to say!
Only piece of advice– make an appointment! :)

I came in for a gel manicure. Didn’t get a design, just French tip. She did a really good job and didn’t take very long. I was impressed. I was less impressed when they were all chipped 1−½ weeks later. For $ 37, I expect them to last at least 2 weeks. Won’t be back.

If you have never had your nails done your life & have no idea how manicure needs to be done, you may like it… Otherwise — do not come here. I’m not giving 1 star for this place only because they were nice. Hopefully the pictures I’m attaching to my comment will speak for themselves so I’m not going into details of their poor work!

This place is okay. I came here today because I thought the experience would be fantastic and relaxing for the price.
The tools are sanitary and they open the bag of tools in front of you. She did an excellent job on the nails. I was hoping to get a spa pedicure but it was 8 $ more than the regular which was already 18. Most places are 18 with the spa chair and their spa chairs looked old and like they needed to be replaced. If you’re looking for a good quality paint job: go here, but it’s not a spa experience… Thus my 3 star rating.
For that price I’m sure you can find somewhere that feels like you’re being pampered, not paying for the location.

Great place for pedicure!!! They don’t use the same dingy, germ filled scrub on your feet: they have a «genius» idea that I don’t get why other nail salons don’t use!?! They have a changeable scrub that comes off of the handle after each client!
Great nail polish choices. Clean place. Very nice and good workers! Thumbs up!
